  The ninjas did an outstanding job. Showed up on time, were patient with my many questions (first time owning a home with a crawl space), even offered to set things aside that they found during clean out to see if I wanted to keep anything. Love my new clean crawl space!

  Crawlspace Ninja just completed encapsulating our tall crawlspace in our new home. Russell and Chase did a fantastic job prepping the crawlspace for the installation followed by a very professional install. They were very professional, thorough, on time and kept is informed of everything they were do. We are very pleased with the quality of their work and even more impressed that Crawlspace Ninja follows up with a thorough inspection of the work completed. The newly installed de-humidifier went to work right away removing moisture and you can already tell the difference. Great job Crawlspace Ninja and Russell and Chase. And thank you, Bret for such a great follow up quality control inspection. Appreciate very much.

  I did a complete interior French drain and encapsulation with AprilAire E80 dehumidifier. I purchased most of the products from the Craw Space Ninja DIY store where Sabrina was a big help and together with the DIY videos gave me the courage to tackle this very long process (I did this after work and on Saturdays) which took many months.
  
  The Hilti Vapor Barrier Fastener rental was a game changer as compared to hammer drill and Christmas tree fasteners.
  
  Thanks to Mike Church and the YouTube channel for all of your advice and how to information!

  Thanks to everyone who completed our encapsulation. Josh, Damian and crew and Celeste were very professional and kept us informed about was being done and what to expect next. This definitely fixed a real problem that was only getting worse. I can’t say enough about how we appreciate a job well done. Here is one before picture and subsequent after pictures.   If you haven't been in your crawlspace lately, you should probably go. Totally convinced the codes for "crawlspace vents" need to be changed. These are problems, not solutions. Once moisture is in the crawlspace it's almost impossible to get it out without a ninja. After multiple estimates was convinced that crawlspace ninja was the way to go, they weren't the lowest, but provided details that showed that no corners would be cut, and the job would be done rightthe first time. Celeste, and everyone in the office was professional and polite as we worked through the details. Damian was on time for estimates and was very open in explaining the costs and services that would be done. I can't say enough about Russell and his crew. They did such a professional job on the original encapsulation that we requested them again a month later when we built an addition. Russell and crew were always on time and he went above and beyond to explain the process and always had a debrief at the end of the day to explain what all was done and what would be done the next day. Yes, it can be an expensive project, but what price do you put on cleaner air in your home, and a worry free crawlspace for years to come.
  Go check your crawlspace If it's wet, has mold or wood rot.close those crawlspace vents and give the ninjas a call!
