We have had a great experience with Same Day Garage Door Service. They replaced our garage doors for us and the whole process took less than a month from our decision to enlist their services to the doors being fully installed, even when we chose custom doors. The company is run by a pair of brothers who are friendly and professional, and they installed the doors themselves with their (also friendly) specialist installer Alan.

The doors are only a day old at this point, but so far they look great, and they are smooth and quiet to run. We're very happy, and would definitely recommend them.

I called about an issue with my garage door and Tyler asked some quick questions over the phone and diagnosed the issue with a mis-aligned sensor. Rather than scheduling a visit and charging me, he helped me fix the issue over the phone for free! It was super-easy and now I know what the problem is. I will reach out to them again for any garage door related issues/service, and highly recommend them!

Caleb came over on short notice when my garage spring snapped last night. I had a health appt. I needed to get to, but my car was "trapped' inside my garage.

He lives way down in Auburn, but got here (Seward Park, Seattle) around 9 am on a Monday morning.

He was fast, efficient, informative, and not a "pushy' salesman. He had my broken spring fixed within one hour, and I went ahead and bit the bullet to have the other door spring replaced just cuz both are over 20 years old, and it's probably just a matter of time b4 2nd door spring goes, too. He says they usually only last 10 years, so felt it was time, and he was here.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Excellent service, response, and follow-through!

I spoke with Tyler who walked me through the possible causes of our RV garage door not closing. With all of the simple fixes eliminated over the phone I set an appointment to have Caleb come out the next day. When Caleb was running late he notified us within the time frame that he was supposed to arrive that he was running late. So far, this business actually picked up their phone when I called, communicated via text to confirm date and time of appointment and contacting us when running lateperfect and professional communication!

I decided to re-schedule for the next day even though Caleb was willing to still make the service call later that night. It wasn't an emergency so I was happy. Caleb then texted me when he was en route to our home the next morning more professional communication.

When he arrived he quickly assessed the situation and came up with a few possible causes. He started with the least expensive and easiest fix, the sensors. And within 20 minutes the problem was solved. In addition to this being a professionally run business Caleb is not only a very competent repairman he is also one of the finest, most genuine people you'll ever meet. I would highly recommend SDGDS, Tyler and Caleb to our friends, neighbors and family.

I had availed services of Same Day Garage Door Service when one of the garage door springs broke and the door failed. To start with, it was very easy to schedule an appointment with them, and Caleb showed up promptly. A couple of other companies were suggesting expensive fixes, including a new garage door. Caleb assessed the problem reasonably and recommended only necessary fixes. My garage floor is skewed, which made alignment quite challenging. Caleb negotiated it all, with a smile. He also serviced the garage without my prompting and made it run smoothly.
I hadn't written this review when I got it fixed in Jan. But I had some concerns with the garage door and called them yesterday. Caleb showed up promptly and addressed it. So I know it is not a one-off.
I am very much satisfied with the service and can't recommend them enough!
