I got my shades from Site over 3 years ago. My motors are still up and great. I love that they have a rechargeable motor as my home unfortunately was not wired for shades and I didn’t want to be replacing batteries. I am now adding more shades to my home and will definitely be using Site again.
I LOVE our new blinds. The whole process was so easy and I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service. I’m so happy with how it turned out. It’s so nice how much privacy we get while still having all of the natural light we wanted. The ones we chose to be blackout were great too. Even after delivery and installation their customer service has been incredible.
We just had our shades installed! Josh and Thomas did an excellent job installing. These shades are exactly what we wanted. The quality is excellent and I can't wait to enjoy them for years to come. Thank you Site Shades!
Site Shade Co was very pleasant to work with. I actually stopped into their office in Clearfield and they showed me fabric options, valance options, and additional features that they offer. They are very responsive to their customers and take care of everything to get the job done to customer's expectations. I ordered powered blinds for the whole upstairs (12 windows). I used power over ethernet. They had some issues on the first install date but they left me with battery powered motors so that all my blinds were working. They came back about two weeks later to fix the last few. The only downside for me is that they used a 120 volt to 12 volt converter and it has an internal fan that is always running. The setup works great and they were priced at $5000 less than the other company. Would recommend everyone get an estimate from them!
While driving on I-15 today between Layton and Clearfield, 2 Dodge Caravans from this company, one white and the other grey, were racing each other, dodging dangerously in between traffic at speeds at over 90 MPH cutting me off badly. The erratic driving continued even after they got off the freeway and turned into the Freeport Center. I would not get shades from a company that allows their fleet to operate like this.
