Small bar with good selection of draft beers, wide range of microbrewery beer in bottles. Knowledgable bar staff - they know their stuff.

Great selection of beers. I'm not turned off by a dive bar in the least but some new carpet and a fresh coat of paint couldn't hurt. Also, Jason, fix your men's room urinal. If parts aren't available for the equipment then replace the urinal or plumbing. I know its not cheap but it's either that or hand out clothes pins at the men's room door.

The most amazing collection of beers (over 800) that I've had the privilege to see. All are available to drink. Difficult to find it tho. Really crappy exterior but totally worth the hunt.

Great little pub. Over 300 beers for us beer lovers. Also is a full bar. Pizza was really good for a pub pizza. I'm going back for sure.

Amazing selection of beer, last time we were obtained they were just shy of 900 different types of bottled beers. The bartenders like experimenting so I often just ask them to make whatever they'd like. Great conversation place and karaoke every other Friday night.

Over 800 beers to choose from, crazy cellar selection(gotta talk to Jason about that though), and a great selection of whiskey - some stuff I've only seen once or twice before. The rotating draft list is icing on the cake, never know what's gonna be on tap, and it's almost always awesome.

HUGE beer selection but with that many hard to find beers the prices can be a little high. The bartender that night was very knowledgeable about all the beers which made for great conversation.

I've lived in the North Shore area for over ten years, and only recently discovered SJP, and boy am I glad I did. Over 800 beers on the menu. Jason does an amazing job keeping interesting taps available, and tastings every Thursday and Saturday keep me coming back frequently. By far the best beer bar north of Milwaukee.

The best beer selection of any bar I've ever visited. Knowledgeable bar tenders allow you to sample as much or as little of the oddities as you'd like.

BEST there is locally and individually own. Jay is a wealth of knowledge and all the staff is great! Proud of what Jay has made of the place. Been going there since he took it over and he has made it what it is today. The bar is iconic and Jay is a beer icon. If you haven't had the SJP experience you haven't lived. A visit is bucket list worthy!!! The one star rating person clearly sucks at life
