I had a leak in my roof prior to contacting Sipe Roofing and was worried about the extent of the damage. Luckily, their team was able to examine the area thoroughly and let me know exactly what needed to be done to fix it. They provided a detailed assessment of the job so I could budget accordingly without any surprises. In addition, they worked around my schedule so the job could be completed quickly without any disruption to my daily life. Sipe Roofing worked with my insurance company to make sure that I received the best coverage for my roof. They explained every aspect of my policy and what work would be covered by insurance so that there were no surprises when it came time to pay. When they began the repair process, Sipe Roofing was very organized in its approach. The crew worked diligently and efficiently to complete the job in a timely manner with minimal disruption to my life. When repairs were finished, they cleaned up the site to make sure there were no residual messes or materials left over from the project. The end result was a beautiful new roof that looked better than ever before! I am thankful for all of Sipe Roofing’s hard work and dedication throughout this entire process.

Sipe Roofing & General Contracting is a fantastic business that really understands how to install any type of roof and keep it clean. They showed up on time, did an excellent installation of our metal roof, and completed the task on schedule. They were extremely professional and attentive. I’m a property manager in Burlington NC and Sipe Roofing has done several roofs for our clients, ranging from individual houses to an 18 unit luxury condo. I’ve dealt with many roofers but Sipe Roofing is the best by far. They have the equipment to do large jobs very quickly and professionally. Billy does all the leg work with the building department and stays in very close communication. His pricing is significantly lower than other bids. They do an excellent job, on time, at a great price. What more can you ask? We will be using him many times in the future.

Sipe converted a garage to an apartment. Billy was great to work with. Very professional but also caring. He completely stayed on top of progress and workmanship of each sub contractor. He worked with our budget which was most important to give us the most bang for our buck. We were very satisfied!
