My daughter has a degree as a pastry chef but didn't have the energy after the Hoopla of Christmas to make a birthday cake for her babies first birthday. We decided to venture out and purchase a cake @ Simma's . The selection was plentiful and the prices for such quality delicacies was surprisingly reasonable! Great customer service . We can't thank you enough for making Ella Roses First birthday one we will cherishbecause who really cares about gifts it's the cake that makes a birthday special!

When we got engaged, I knew I had to have a Simma's cake at our wedding. Simma's cake is truly the best; no other cake tastes just as good days later as it did on the first day you had the cake! Truly, my most favorite cake. We ordered a multi-tiered cake with chocolate and white cake with chocolate mousse filling. The bridal show special was a free cake stand rental which saved us $50!

We hired Simma's Bakery to do the desserts for our wedding. We had a cheesecake for our wedding party and mini desserts for our guests. The cheesecake was incredible (as usual), and the guests really enjoyed the mini desserts! All were delicious. Simma's staff were easy to work with, they gave very generous samples at our tasting session, everything was delivered on time and looked beautiful. We were very happy with all of our desserts!

Morning buns, raspberry danish, and the Apple bars are my favorite go to treats on a weekend coming home from work to enjoy with a nice freshly made cup of coffee. Of course, don't forget the cheesecake! If you get a chance change it up and try the apricot filling. Tastebuds couldn't get enough!! The crowds are handled quickly and your in and out in no time. Enjoy!!

They are very polite, helpful and had great service. I ordered a special cheesecake For my anniversary and it time out beautifully and tasted amazing. It was just like the one for my wedding day 23 years ago, only smaller. They even offered A refund for the extra decorations I asked for👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This is always our go to place when we need a cheesecake for special occasions. They have the best cheesecake in the entire Milwaukee area!! Love this place!

My husband and I did a 4 tier gluten free cheesecake for our wedding on June 3rd. The cake was amazing! All of our guests loved the cake. We had guests say that they don't even like sweets, but this was the best thing that they ever tasted. Most of our guests were also surprised to find out that it was gluten free because it was so good! I recommend working with Simma's for your wedding cake. Delivery and set up was included in everything, you just need to return the cake plates and you get your deposit back! Very tasty!

After trying these at a Simma's Bakery, I knew I had a new favorite cupcake. these are moist, light and fluffy. I ordered 100 minis in four different flavors for my husband birthday party. we only have 8 left. everyone proclaimed the red velvet "legit." highly recommend!

Amazing cheesecake! One of the best I have ever tasted. The place is very nice and clean with adorable decorations. Make sure to take a number when you first arrive.

A great stop for a decadent treat. Love that there are cheesecakes ready to purchase if you stop in, as well as many small treats too. Lots of fabulous options and coffee too!

Incredible cheesecake, friendly service and a nicely redecorated shop. But who in their right mind let's a food tour in their store two days before Christmas. The place was wall to wall people and the wait was 30 people deep and no prepaid line like they've had in the past.
