  Some steep up and downhill hikes. No equipment needed, but not a light hike. If it is wry be prepared to slide. Wooded stairs at one point. The arch I'd totally worth the heat and humidity. We went in August, a very hot humid day, lots of water in our packs. Will go back this fall.
