Top notch care and staff! I went to SilverLake ER thinking I had a bad cold. The nurses and staff were really sweet and attentive, offering warm blankets and making sure I was comfortable. The doctor was kind and very thorough. As they waited for the results of the respiratory tests, he came in to let me know the blood work showed I was dehydrated, so he’d be ordering some fluids. As the fluids were finishing up, he came in with the results…flu. He explained to me what the plan of care, confirmed which pharmacy he’d be sending my prescription, and within 5 minutes, my pharmacy alerted me that they were already working on it. The nurse came in, removed the IV, and I was on my way! I can’t say enough of about the care I received. You can’t get this level of attention anywhere!

I had gone to couple of ER 's around Pearland with my three kids,this ER is definstely the best of all.
From the front desk lady to the nurses and doctor are all exceptional.
The care is thorough,quick and professional.

The whole team is amazing Doctor Tav, Nurse Luis, Christy & Dana.
You feel welcomed as soon as you walk in the lobby, which is lovely decorated and has a nice aquarium. The coffee that is available is delicious.
I was roomed quickly after I filled out the registration packet (which easy to fill and didn’t take long) but before I finished my coffee.
Dr. Tav evaluated me quickly and thoroughly explained to me the plan. Christy placed my IV so quickly and painlessly. Nurse Luis explained the medicines I was receiving and what to expect.
The room was nicely decorated and very clean. You have a TV with access to Disney, Hulu and Netflix. High quality snacks and refreshments provided. Rooms are very private, spacious and clean!!
Labs were resulted amazingly fast! My RT-PCR test resulted in 45min, blood work in 15min.
I truly felt they cared about me from the beginning as soon as I walked into the door and until I left the building. I never felt rushed or pressured. Many places claim to provide this level of care but Silverlake ER effortlessly delivers it!!!
It is amazing an emergency room can offer this level of personalized concierge medical care!
I recommend this place to anyone if you are feeling unwell, they will definitely fix you up.

Awesome place, they got me back right away and gave good referrals. The nurses were friendly and they were able to get me a work note and good advice. No rush, easy service. Will tell my family and come here again in the future

Hands down the best and fast ER experience I have ever had. I came in with chest pain and the Nurse and Doctor were so attentive and accurate with there equipment it made my stay so fast. Thank you guys and I will you use SilverLake ER for all my Emergencies
