Very nice people!!! My hubby needed to be seen on vacation after waiting at the hospital for two hours we came here. Then they tried to help us with going to urgent care. That didn't work so we came back. They are very nice and go above to make you feel comfortable. I appreciate how fast it was as well!!! Definitely recommend coming Here if you need medical care!!

Great place! I love how quick they are, and how soon I got into the room and telling them my problems I had. Doctors, and nurses were all great! Very nice and made sure every few minute I was okay! Would definitely go here!

The staff here is wonderful!! From entrance to exit, everyone was friendly, caring and professional. Its hard to improve on perfection! Sure wish we had something like this in Reno; Altus definitely runs circles around what passes for Urgent care at home.

Vikki was my nurse and she was amazing! I don’t remember the doctor’s name but he kept me at ease and was very comforting with any questions or concerns I had. They helped with my pain and were very sweet. Even the radiology tech was very good at explaining things and help me to be at ease while getting some test complete.

Altus was hands down the BEST experience I have ever had at an ER! I got back to a room immediately and I was treated with utmost respect and compassion by the staff! The Dr.was not with me long but in all fairness I knew what was wrong with me but I just needed to get treatment for it! He didn't have to diagnose me. I needed IV infusion that would take about 3 hours and they moved me to a different room with a regular bed so I would be comfortable!!! I highly recommend Altus to anyone needing an ER.
