Great selection of stores for locals and tourists. A little concerning to see so many vacant stores. Very clean and beautiful bathrooms, to be a mall.

Larger variety of shopping opportunities. Military discount in some stores. Very little realized discount in a very few stores. Bass, Columbia and Veira Bradley ( a couple I remember off hand) very good discounts.

Enjoyed the Premium Outlets, they had a good selection of stores to choose from. The staff in the Polo Ralph Lauren store was very nice and friendly and they were also helpful in finding what we was looking for.

Nice shops. Here you'll find all of your favorites, from Aeropostale to Vera Bradley. We visited many of the stores and the customer service was great at each one. There were many coupons available or sales that made the dollar go further.
We didn't try any of the restaurants as we had just eaten, but next time we'll incorporate a meal into the shopping spree.

This isn't an outlet mall. It's a racquet. You might find tge one rack in every store, but Google search prices and you will learn the truth very quick.

Beautiful outdoor mall with stores I've never seen in a mall. Found some great bargains on the clearance racks which is ALWAYS fun.

Fairly good selection of outlets. We visited several including Under Armour, Gap, Nike, Polo, Brooks Brothers, Banana Republic, and Carter's. I was pleased with each store we visited. There are several food options here if you get hungry while shopping. The bathroom facilities were clean as well.

Silver Sands Outlets are an absolute great place to take the entire family. The selection of retailers cannot be beat. Can't wait to go back.

This is a very large outdoor mall, walking the entire place will give you a good workout. Though I did not go to all the stores, the ones I went to were good. To me not all the stores were that great of a price, i.e. Under Armour, so know you prices and values. The Polo store was great and so was the Taylor Made store, just a few examples.
This place can get packed, especially if the weather is not good. There is a lot of parking but on one day we turned around because there was not a spot to be found. Try to go during the week or earlier when they open.

This place is huge with a giant variety of stores and merchandise. Although purported to be an "outlet" center, I don't find the prices to be much better than any other regular retail store. Although parking is plentiful and easily accessible, it can be quite a hike from the parking area to the stores, especially for the elderly, those with children, or if you have lots of packages. I do not believe wheelchairs are available, so bring your own if walking is difficult. The bathrooms are clean and tidy. This is quite a feat for the cleaning staff considering how busy it usually is. My biggest complaint has more to do with the design of the complex. I would have suggested wider sidewalks. There is so much foot traffic it is difficult to open doors into the stores. My other complaint is there are not enough sidewalk ramps for the wheelchair bound to use.

Overall a good outlet mall. Been coming here when on vacation for many years. Generally very clean (including immaculate restrooms!) and good stores overall, although there's been a loss very recently of a couple I used to like to shop at. Like most outlet malls, value can be hit-or-miss so shop only major sales for best deals.

I don't like going shopping but this mall makes you like it. Good stores and good prices. Nice atmosphere with good restaurants. It is really clean and with good security. Best mall in the Emerald Coast

    Great outlet shopping
    Simon Group
    Usual stores
Some of the goods are "outlet quality" but gems can be found with a little patience and perseverance
    Outdoors and spread out
    Comfortable shoes a must
Starbucks at front of parking lot for much needed caffeinated beverages to fuel your shopping marathon

As others have commented, this is a large facility offering an impressive array of regular and premium brands. The sprawling layout is so long that many patrons will drive from one section to another. But the idea of "outlet mall", as originally conceived, suggests that a shopper will save significant money and that's generally not the case anymore. There are only a few stores offering deals that grabbed our attention during an afternoon of shopping there. Sure, we left with a bunch of bags in hand, but we left most stores shaking our heads because "buy one, get a second 50% off" of retail price for last year's designs hardly seemed like a great deal. Or 20% off a $300 piece of cookware. But if you're in the area and want a good selection, it's a great place to spend an afternoon, just don't expect to be blown away.
