The room is very spacious, updated and exceptionally clean. We arrived to a chilled bottle of champagne and a note welcoming us. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

The accommodations are impeccably clean. Friendly, helpful, & welcoming staff. The pool area is lovely with ample lounge chairs, modern decor, and tiki bar. This is an awesome hotel in a great location in Key West. I highly recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay at the Silver Palms. Breakfast was well received the pool was a pleasant experience. The location whilst in walking of the old town was still a fair hike when it is hot.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
Awesome location. Everything was a bike's ride distance from this hotel. We parked our car, and by the end of the week realized we never even moved it because we enjoyed riding bikes everywhere. Rooms were clean and cool. Nice little breakfast included. Employees were all great and very accomodating. Offered tips on where to go. Bike rentals were really cheap. Very good location. Only a few minutes walk to the happening Duval street. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommended

Wonderful hotel that has breakfast in the morning. You have a wide variety of choices to start your day off right!
The rooms are very well maintained. Each room I've stayed in is lively decorated. The staff is accommodating. Peter, at the front desk, has always been a pleasure to speak to.
This hotel is in a great location and it's easy to get anywhere from here. I usually walk across town to my favorite coffee shop on Caroline St. They have parking for cars too!
They also have bike rentals onsite and at better prices than most bike rental shops.
Lastly, they are a two minute walk to my favorite Spanish restaurant, El Siboney.

Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. Nice, clean, modern accomodations with a nice pool and poolside bar. Overall very professionally run. Free parking for guests (a huge plus). Families welcome, but also excellent for couples/adults. Walking distance to all the tourist locations.
Special thanks to Tomas who was simply exceptional; he made our trip significantly better, both at Silver Palms and in Key West in general. His meaningful insight on where to go, what to do, and when to do it, could not have been better.

We stayed here over mothers day weekend. Hotel is nice, clean, great location. Renting bikes are a must for quick stress free travel downtown. The staff is absolutely amazing. From the time you check in to breakfast and omelets by the pool. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and things are in order.

The Silver Palms Inn is exactly how you see it on their site. Great location, clean rooms and bathroom. Most important of all the staff was over the top helpful from the check in to out. Their employee Danny was fabulous(we had to many request) he accommodated us with a smilethank you.

Really nice place with excellent customer service. We stayed here recently and were pleased. The property is in good repair and nicely done. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We stayed in a junior suite with a small porch, king sized bed and seating area with couch and second TV. The property has free parking and a pool and a beer/wine liquor license. Nothing like sitting by the pool with a cold beverage. The location is great toojust a few blocks from Duval street. It's a quick walk to the action, but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Only thing I would change is to grab a room on the back side as occasionally we would hear traffic noisesother than that it was very enjoyable.

Very impressed! Staff was extremely professional and kind. Rooms were nice and clean. Cool pool area with a bar. Was able to rent bikes and they had maps detailing everything. They willingly offered suggestions of what to do when. They were very knowledgeable and accommodating. Will definitely be back!

The location of this property was perfect. A few blocks off of Duval Street on the quiet end. A 5 minute walk to the mayhem but a quiet enough place to relax.

had 5 days2014. So close to everything a very pleased walk to central town.
Staff were very attentive rooms serviced and clean couldn't fault it.
