We used Signature Transportation Group for wedding transportation on our wedding day. They transported the wedding party from getting ready locations to photo locations and then to the ceremony and on to the reception. They also took guests to the hotel block at the end of the night. Prior to the wedding, STG was very responsive to communication. On the day of the wedding they were very prompt. Our driver was great! Smooth driving. Our photographer even commented that he was more accommodating than most bus drivers he had dealt with. The bus was extremely clean and modern/updated. Everyone felt very comfortable in their wedding clothes in there. In regards to transportation, everything ran smoothly thanks to STG!

Signature did such an amazing job transporting us, our wedding party, and our wedding guests from the Chicago Loop to West Town area through the chaos that was the 2023 St. Patrick's Day river dyeing and parade. The Signature team was excellent at navigating the crowds and street closures to ensure that everyone was where they needed to be on-time and hassle-free. We had an SUV for ourselves and two 39 passenger vans taking family and guests between two hotels and our venue. They also made sure us and all of our guests got home safely at the end of the night. We trust Signature Transportation and will be sure to use them again in the future.

I had the pleasure of riding with Signature Transportation Group to and from a wedding. Transportation went flawlessly and customer service was top notch. When I left my phone on one of the shuttles, Doug, one of our drivers, was incredible enough to drive it back out the following morning before I left town. Saved me a lot of hassle at an inconvenience to him. Highly recommend this company!
