I’ve been fortunate enough to never have had to funeral plan before.
We lost my grandmother last month and had no idea what to do or what arrangements needed to be made. I looked up several funeral homes to narrow down which would be the place we would feel comfortable leaving to care for my grandmother. I went into Zarzycki to have a conversation with one of the funeral directors and immediately started the process with them.
This is a business owned and run by a family of women so this helped me feel immediately comfortable.
They explained everything so clearly and with patience and empathy. I did not feel pressured at any point to do business with them. They really did help make the whole process much easier. We were treated like family and I am very grateful to Charmaine, Andrea, and Claudette for all of their help; and for being so available the entire time (email, phone, in person).response / report this review -

Our family was put into an unthinkable situation with another funeral home in regards to our loved one. I reached out to Zarzycki Manor in a panic and Charmaine was immediately prepared to help us through everything. Charmaine is a beautiful depiction of the love and grace you need when a loved one passes. I would recommend working with Zarzycki to anyone.

As a longtime friend of the family I had no concerns about the service that would be provided. I was satisfied with the prearrangement that I made and have recently received my Return Assured Insurance documents. All of the paperwork was completed in a timely manner and I am relieved that the planning I have done will be carried out without burdening loved ones.

The Zarzycki family helped make an impossible time bearable. The professionalism exhibited by Charmaine, Claudette and Andrea is amazing. My father's wake and funeral went flawlessly because of their attention to detail. They make sure to take as much of the load off of your shoulders as possible. They truly care.
