  I had a leak from the hvac upstairs bonus room. Walls were saturated and the contractor assigned by insurance was not willing to remove. They came right away but let wet insulation and saturated drywall sit for 5 days in garage ceiling refusing to address right away. That caused further problems: They said walls were dry and refused to remove. Their intent was to cover up. .. I was referred to Luce. They came quickly and did an NPR to professionally mitigate, correct and spare me from further damage by managing requirements for the contractor to remove compromised materials, dry, air scrub sand garage beams encapsulate. clean hvac and vents etc. . . They retested at end to certify all was safe. Luce, I am so grateful for your intervention! Worth every penny!. Thank you for peace of mind and an excellent job!

  Contacted after finding out there was a water damage insurance claim on a home we were under contract. They came in 2 days. Amazing thorough inspection report and great customer service all around. Although the sale did not go through due to other issues, I passed their inspection to the seller's realtor for future buyers. I would use them again!!!!!!

  I called for an asbestos survey and they were able to get me in the same day and we got our results fast. Kind, fast, professional quality service. We highly recommend using Luce Air Quality.

  Good complete job with the air quality evaluation my entire home air quality. The technical inspector on-site was extremely qualified and certified to perform his job. Also trustworthy to roam the house unaccompanied. The final report provided was comprehensive, easy to understand, and included recommendations to resolve the identified issues. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is I thought they were a little pricey for 2 hours of work on-site and filling out a report template. I was willing to pay the price one time to gain a baseline before proceeding with corrections. Thanks LAQ.
