  The rooms are nice compared to the other weeklies on Boulder Hwy. The local people that are constantly in there but not actually staying there are the people who you need to watch out for. Don't leave your door open, any personal items unattended, or your vehicle unlocked. They are trained to grab, manipulate, and/or trick anyone they see who has a vulnerable spot that can be taken be utilized. Beware of your surroundings.
  Stay in your room and leave to your destination without any interaction between and you should have a wonderful and pleasant stay.

  Happy Holidays 🎄💞 Everyone. This place is very nice place to stay. The staff is kind and generous of giving you the best service they can. The Siena Suites is your home away from home. There are some people down on their luck hanging around, but look it as thank God for your blessings. And help if you can spare it. Watch your back of course, But don't get bent out of shape because they are around.🎄😃

  It's Very Quiet AND PRIVATE in There; Which is a HUGE *Relief and Greatly Appreciated ..☺
  
  I have a ground floor unit on the corner and all neighbours are very, very quiet. Zero complaints ....Thank-you
  
  ...Rooms are Clean and Functional.
  
  Staff are helpful and always available to answer your questions and assist with any
  WI-FI password changes or whatever that may affect the functioning of the WIFI there.
  
  Very Quiet in there...

  I would not recommend this establishment. I am reviewing just as constructive criticism. The grounds are clean and well kept, and the customer service is great! But...the rooms are not well kept at all. Needs updating. The door to the bedroom almost fell off on top of me, lawsuit waiting to happen. Also, the WiFi is non existent, as I had to walk out into the parking lot to check my email. Also, I was excited to lay by the pool to read and relax, and the pool was closed for maintenance for my entire stay.

  To many Pit Bulls, didn't feel safe. Laundry was filthy and half don't work. Internet was good, staff was great. Rooms were adequate but nothing special.

  The carpet was incredibly dirty. The room sunk like smoke despite it being a non-smoking room. When it was time to rinse off, there were foot prints in the shower. I'm assuming it was never cleaned after the previous guests left. No towels or blankets. The AC gave off a displeasing smell.
  
  When we left to get breakfast, there was someone changing their car oil next to our room entrance. A couple cars down, a group of men playing loud music at 7am.
  
  It was a hassle to contact the front desk to complain. Once I was able to get a hold of a "manager", they couldn't accommodate my family despite all the issues we had with the room.
  
  I do not recommend staying here!!!!!

  After reviewing multiple reviews I was hesitant on getting a room here but decided to give it a try. We were on a business trip and were really satisfied with the room. The room was spacious with a TV and AC. There was a second part of the room that had a sofa, the kitchen, fridge, dining table and there was a second TV and AC. Since both parts of the room were separated by a door it gave more privacy and more quiet time while others were watching TV. When we arrived we noticed a weird smell (slight cigarette) but other than that everything was great. Parking is pretty big and we had no issue with it other than people screaming one time we were leaving (they seemed to be permanently leaving there).
  Lady at front desk was nice too and gave us a map to be able to find our room since it has a confusing layout.
  Area was fine too since it's not too close to the strip which meant less traffic. Fast food restaurants (even though with the kitchen, you can cook your own meals) and markets were around, even walking distance.
  Overall, I was satisfied with my stay since it met all my needs and will definitely be back for my future business trips.

  Service at the front desk is horrible. They are not professional at all. This place was such a disgrace to stay at honestly. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Their pools are super dirty, they even have crickets and roaches in them. Rooms smell horrible. And lastly, there is no safety at all. There are a bunch of homeless walking through. Definitely never going to come here again.

  Clean, large rooms with full kitchens! Cons:Were led to believe on website that all rooms were newly renovated and updated which was not the case. Ex.Tiny coffee pot, old tv's. Pros: quiet area, easy access to both main Vegas strips, clean and large, full kitchen, easy check-in, privacy respected by staff, courteous staff!

  Location is very good, as it is close distance from the Strip, Old Downtown Las Vegas Fremont street, and the shopping outlet. However it is a extended stay motel rather than a hotel. Shady characters are here and I advise you to stay indoors at night. I had a tinder date that refused to meet me here or nearby saying it was too dangerous. Free wifi (call 0, front desk) and working a/c make it workable. I searched for bedbugs and cockroaches like the others stated they found in their rooms, but could not find any. No room service exists. There is a pool, but the water looked very filthy. An exercise room with some treadmills and a weight machine exists. It's cheap, but honestly I would have paid a little bit more to find a hotel on the strip or somewhere without extended stay residents. If you are going to stay here, use it only for sleep and go out for most of the day. All in all, it's not good, but not too bad.

  Towels provided, 1 wash cloth 1 hand towel and bath rug. No normal bathe towels provided BRING your own! Asked for them at front desk didn't know when they would have more towels and could promise us any..
  2.)
  Woke up to toilet over flowed, wet carpet soaked all the way into bedroom. Thank goodness for human nature waking me up to have to pee.
  3.)
  Nothing more then standing appliances Bring your own Everything, plates, pan, utensils not even a glass to drink from!
  
  Only reason booked was the tournament being held, was told to book here to be close.
  I rather drive the distance then to book here again...

  On arrival found several dead roaches on the floor. Seen a live roach crawl out from the bath tub. On the second night the shower handle broke and water was shooting everywhere. When call was placed to front desk they were very rude. Maintenance didnt arrive for almost an hour. He came shut off the water for the building and didnt come back we waited approx. 45 min then finally left for dinner. Water first broke around 730pm and we left the room at 915pm when we arrived back around 1230am it was fixed. The manager at the front desk is also very rude. The price may be cheap and that the service and cleanliness you get in return.
