Parking lot is adjacent to small shopping center, with a busy walk through of homeless. The lobby staff is unprofessional, request a receipt for all transactions as they occur. We had to contact the Marriott customer service and are still working on correcting the lobby staffs mistake. She lied to us and refused to admit her mistake, or correct it. Beware of Clerk KSG.

As always, love the consistency of the courtyard brand.

Noticed at this Bistro they have a different menu than three East coast courtyards. Associate said this was new 2.0 menu. A lot more choices and a nice mix of healthier options. Well done.

Great community area to relax and have a drink or three.

Rooms as spacious. Large work area. Smaller bedroom and bath which is perfect for me. I would rather have the relax and work space larger.

My view at this hotel was not as scenic as others but not a deal breaker.

The location is nice. However, I found a pair a shoes under the desk and a brush in the room. It was a concern told the front desk and they told me just to leave them there. Very unfortunate, I have not had a bad stay at a Marriot before this.

This hotel has serious safety concerns. The front desk provided a key to my room to another customer by mistake. I was awoken in the middle of the night to the slamming of the door against the manual latch. The front desk acknowledged their mistake but did not offer a plan to resolve this. I will NEVER stay at this location again. I would recommend it be avoided until the management replies with details as to how they will resolve this in the future.

Quite surprised actually with this hotel. I've been to many hotel-casinos since im a Vegas Local of course. However it's nice to get away from the casino don't have to pay a "resort fee" and only 20$ deposit. The rooms were also very clean.

Extremely nice place. Great location. No free breakfast. Right on the glide path of the airport, but it never bothered us at all.

Great Location. Very Nice Staff. A lot to do directly behind the hotel. My room however, smelled like the cricket enclosures at walmart. Kind of like a stale vitamin or a moldy potato. When I woke up one morning I found a small army of crickets. They were militant on insisting they hop back into my room after I repeatedly tried to sweep them out into the hallway. Killing the crickets was not an option. I believe it is bad luck to kill a cricket. Also, the room I stayed in was not complete.

    Pros :
    1. Great Location - Weiss Deli, Movie Theater, Grocery Store, etc
    2. Great Price

    Cons:
    1. Small army of crickets
    2. Strange Odor

Unfriendly staff, 8 year old called for popcorn the prior night and a nice front desk agent brought up bags for him, today my son calls and AM staff told him NO we don't do that, after he told the rude women on the phone that last night a man brought it up she said "We don't do that". Guest service needs to be retrained. Horrible experience overall, no clue how they have 4/5 stars.

If your in business for guest service you need to know what to say, how to say it, and when to say it. 0/5 stars.

Nice rooms. Check in was easy and staff were pleasant. Parking lot didn't seem like the safest place, but we didn't have any issues. Elevator also smelled like smoke, but the room was fine. Bathtub also continued dripping after being turned off, but overall the experience was good.

The king bed seemed smaller than a standard king. The room had strange furniture. The property is right under the landing and takeoff pattern for the airport-very noisy. They no longer offer free breakfast.

No TV in any room. No notification there was a problem after I made my reservation. Front desk didn't even mention it at check in. Tattered one page letter in the room saying no TV. Staff claims website had notice, but nothing when I made reservation. When I looked again, it says "they are improving cable;" it does not say there is NO TV. Room AC stopped working after 10pm then on again at 6pm. Staff poorly trained. Tried to speak to manager (Christine) but not available. Left message for her to call my cell or my room--neither happened. Closed wine bar at 9:30pm instead of 10pm and 3 employees behind the counter claimed there was a problem with the wine. Really--it is in a bottle for Pete's sake. Had to request a maid service after room not cleaned by 3:30pm. I have been a loyal Courtyard traveler for years; never again! And, definitely not this hotel. Message to Christine: get a job more suited to your talents because hotel management isn't it!

Very accommodating staff. Provided everything we needed. Nice pool and hot tub. Conference room was the perfect size for our party of 40 or so people.

Hotel went through recent remodel and the first floor is definitely upgraded. The bistro/food area has the latest "2.0" menu for all courtyard. Very trendy menu and good for people that are looking for more healthy options.
