This place really is one of my favorite places to eat. Their breakfast subs are a killer deal (and are served all day), but really all their subs are amazing. They also have taco Tuesday and wing Wednesday, both of which are good deals, but especially so wing Wednesday. If you can't decide what to choose from their menu, well you honestly can't go wrong so just choose anything. It's all delicious
The atmosphere makes up for what the sandwiches lack. If you like the atmosphere, explore other parts of the menu.
The setting reminds me of the late night sandwich or pizza places you find in east coast cities that cater to the blue collar set. I walk in and just start to crave a grinder. But it's never quite right. The bread is just OK. The mayo or other condiments can go on a little thick.
Sweet atmosphere (felt like we were somewhere in the Bronx). The bread was amazing--crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, with a very particular doughy yummy taste. My sandwich had cream cheese in it which tasted cool. I expected more filling in the sandwiches, though. I felt the fries were average. Overall, very nice!
Love this place! Me & my husband came here for our prom date, my graduation dinner, and now all our date nights! Best tacos and Italian sodas ever! And the employees are so nice! They made us tacos close to closing time even though they weren’t even serving them that day. They really go above & beyond.
I ordered a fish taco and a chicken. I love tacos. I love food. I hated these.
The fish taco was made from a frozen fish stick. The chicken taco was made from a chopped up frozen chicken tender. Both were garnished with cabbage, 1000 Island dressing, and cotija. There was no other discernible flavors or toppings. The tortillas, like everything else, were prepackaged and probably warmed in a microwave. No flavor. Nothing authentic. Nothing unique. I disliked them so much, I would not eat them again if they were free.
The tacos were terrible.
It ruined my evening.
One of the best-kept secrets and most underrated lunch places in Provo. I've been coming here for lunch and daily specials for a couple years now and never get tired of it. Whether it's Taco Tuesday, Wing Wednesday, Fry Friday, and just whenever I need a Hot Chick (my favorite sandwich), Rocco's never disappoints!
Why don't people go here more?? Awesome place to hang out. Oh yeah, and they have amazing sandwiches. I wish I appreciated this place when I lived in Provo.
This place has good atmosphere. It really does feel like being back in the 90s. The food is also superb.
Rocco's is the happiest place in Provo, if not the entire state of Utah. There is no going wrong with their menu. Sandwiches, wings, tacos, and fries what could be better than that! I urge you to go give it a shot if you haven't ever before. My personal favorite sandwiches in no particular order: Buffalo soldier, big city, steak conference. Try all the wings they are as good as they get. Tacos are definitely not Mexican but still incredible. I have and will continue to recommend to everyone I know.
One of my regulars for lunchtime dining. The restaurant has a big city feel, and serves delicious warm and cold sandwiches in all their varieties.
Such a cool, little hole-in-the-wall. They have a huge variety of subs. Being vegetarian, I got the garden sub, and it was fantastic! The atmosphere is laid-back and sporty.
Rocco's is awesome. I'm a local and can confidently say that you won't find a better sub anywhere else in Provo. Affordable, tasty, cool atmosphere, and quality menu. I'd recommend Rocco's to anyone.
It's never crowded here. The atmosphere is one of a kind! The food is great. If you can, try the sandwiches and the tacos. Who knew you could get such a New York feel in downtown Provo?!
Promotional days like wing Wednesday and taco Tuesday are great. Dope music and all around positive vibrations. Crissy is a legend. All the other employees are super friendly. Sandwiches are top notch. Would recommend to all.
