Food was very good. Best I have had in this area. Been looking for a good Chinese restaurant well now I found one. The gentleman behind the register was rather pleasant. I will be back.

The Lanzhou Lamai soup is the best. They can stretch the noodle in an unbelievable way. Amazing good taste!

I've been here 5 times over 1.5 years trying to form a fair opinion of this place. I'm never going back. This restaurant is like an abusive relationship. The fact that the food is descent is what kept me coming back. The problem is that their service is the worst I've ever seen.

You'll soon find out that you can come in with maximum group size of 3 people to possibly get okay service. Any more than 3 people, maybe even 2 people and you are in serious risk of not eating at all or never leaving the restaurant in a timely manner. (Sometimes even as a pair, you'll get your food 15 minutes apart)

You may order first, but it's entirely possible that the people who just came in that ordered the same food as you will get your food, and the restaurant will forget all about you. Waiting patiently will NOT work, because once again, they forgot you exist. It's possible that they may even charge you for the non-existent food, and then you'll have to add even more time straightening that out. You may ask for a takeout box to resolve this problem, but once again, that takeout box may never come.

When you eat as a group, your bill will ALWAYS be a group bill, you cannot ask for an individual bill unless you are less than 3 people. To pay the group bill, you have to lineup at the checkout counter and pay for each receipt item individually. This is another time sink. The checkout man regularly takes phone orders, and completing a phone order is his priority. You can imagine how slow and frustrating that can be, waiting in a long line for a long time, finally getting to the front, and then waiting some more because the guy is doing both checkout and phone orders.

Finally, these people are rude, unhelpful, and sort of go "Oh! Woops!" when these problems arise, as if it's the first time they're encountering it. They apologize, feign embarrassment, and then proceed to f**ck you over anyway.

Save yourself from stress and anxiety. DO NOT EAT HERE.

I eat here pretty regularly. The service isn't always the best or most friendly, but you will get your order quickly and correctly. That said, the food is superb - and really that's the most important thing.

This isn't your typical cheap Chinese restaurant, you'll pay typical sit down restaurant entree prices, but you get a generous amount and it is all so insanely good. Their meat is tender and delicious, sauces are a wonderful consistency and rich, and everything is absolutely wonderful.

This is closer to one of the top Chinese restaurants in the Cincinnati area. Ask any native Asian in the community and Sichuan Bistro will always pop up at least once. My homeland relatives have approved of this place's taste and authenticity, and my cross-cultural Godfather found it to cook the best General Tso he's ever had!

Great food but literally THE worst service I have ever had in my life. Get take out if you're desperate.

Lacking customer service, lacking decency, shouting going on across the room "How many?" to customers walking in, the owner has an attitude, (not my first time dining here, and I got many entrees for my party) food quality has dropped, No wonder they add an automatic tip to your bill.

I was born in Hong Kong, and my family lived in Guangzhou for several years. In our experience, this restaurant serves the best authentic Chinese cuisine in the states. Be sure to order off the authentic, orange section of the menu for the truly special finds. Don't miss the Cumin Lamb and the Laziji if you're a fan of spicy foods.

Good food, good people. Came here at the recommendation of one of the Chinese exchange students we are hosting. They ordered several authentic dishes which came out family style. Very good.

Don't be fooled with the store front and the basic decoration when you walk in. This place is the real deal. The dishes are very well done, if not completely authentic, and the meat quality could be a bit better, but you will not find a tastier Chinese meal. I especially enjoy the spicy beef on a hot plate, and the spicy fish soup.

This place looks like a common strip mall Chinese restaurant but we all know you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. What this restaurant has that very few others do are the special pages at the back of their menu that feature authentic Chinese dishes - in other words you can get the food that Chinese people cook at home here. You are not even limited to that menu because they have cards on the walls listing even more chef's specials. You can be as daring as you like and try some of their dishes featuring things like tripe or organ meats. For me, as a vegetarian, there are also many delicious options throughout their menu. My favorite meal at Sichuan Bistro is the cold appetizer Spinach with Ginger Sauce along with their spicy Vegetarian Ma Po Tofu, accompanied with a great Tsingtao beer. In addition to the great food, this family owned restaurant is very welcoming and everyone who works there is very friendly. My daughter and I took my parents there for lunch recently and they loved it too. Prices are also very reasonable for the generous portions.

Had bbq pork that was tough and seemed to be days old. The pork lo mein was decent but the owner at the register needs to understand being polite to a customer helps bring business back. I paid with a credit card and the owner tossed it at me across the counter instead of handing it to me (as my hand was extended) then he didn't even say thank you after the transaction was done. Not sure what his issue was but when your food isn't that great you don't have the luxury to be rude to customers. Find another place to eat.

The best food! The best Chinese restaurant in the greater Cincinnati area, really! Their food is on par with the Chinatowns in Chicago, New York, and D.C; probably the west coast as well; but they are right in Mason. That's such a gift to the area. Best when you order from the Authentic Menu. You know it's good when east Asian people pack the place. I love this place! I love the owners and the people who work there! Fantastic!
