I contacted Shults Toyota about a 1970 Cadillac they had advertised. I spoke with Cody Waite. He was a pleasure to work with as was everyone at the dealership.

I flew in from RI and he offered to send a driver to pick us up. We agreed on a price and I headed for home. Cody knew I was nervous driving a 47 year car almost 500 miles. I got a text from Cody half way through the trip asking how I was doing.

If I lived closer I would definitely use them as my dealer.

have to say that i was real disappointed the sales person i was dealing with was fantastic and the first sales manager that i was talked to was awesome but after coming back from test drive the other so-called sales manager was rude and acted like i was worthless then took that attitude outside and treated me like hell in front of other people.

One of the best waiting areas I've ever seen. Kids play room, free water and coffee, WiFi, and comfy chairs. Service department takes good care of my vehicles.

Excellent sales and service. High quality service facility. New building complete with redesigned waiting area that reset the highest bar. Children's play area, fireplace, large screen television, food, mini kitchen, and high quality restrooms for starters.

Had some recall issues to fix. The building was fabulous for waiting! Lovely seating areas, TV, magazines, restroomseven the coffee was good! Staff very friendly, too. I'd heard about them from a neighbor who was also unhappy with our nearby Toyota dealer, so it was worth the 45 minute drive. Will go back there from now on.
