  Didn't have the exact part i needed, but helped me find one on hand that would substitute effectively, and he took the time to teach me a little bit extra about bikes that will be helpful in the future.

  Run by three professional, competent, pleasant men who are fair and responsible in their dealings with the customer. 5 star all the way. Glad I bought my bike there. I have been treated wonderfully, before AND after the purchase.

  Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and affordable. What else can one ask for in a bike shop? Finally Olean has a very good bike shop!
