Although we were not able to make a purchase. Steve and Jacob couldn't have been nicer.
We were able to go back a couple weeks later and get a vehicle. Scott (GM) went over and beyond to help us. They really care about your situation and will do whatever they can to help you. Keerstyn Stives is very sweet. I highly recommend them over everyone else.response / report this review -

If you're looking for a car used or new this is the place to go. Scott & Randy (Hummer) are top notch. If they don't have it they can get it. They even researhed a car for my wife that she was buying somewhere else to make sure we weren't getting hosed. Great staff great cars you will love this place.

Idk where to even begin with this. I came in to the location with an approval from a finance company that I called ahead to confirm they used. I was told by the finance manager herself when I called that they use them. By time I got there I was told they didn't complete their funding but not to worry by Monday their owner will be back and be good to go. My father asked the finance mngr at that time if since we were putting a cash down payment if I could get dealer plates till Monday then and he was told by mngr he would but they're running short call Saturday and see if any avail - so I did and none available. Fine
Monday rolls around and I had to call to confirm everything is a go I didn't hear until 430 that its not the owner is not back yet Tuesday tho you should be good.
Tuesday comes no owner.
Wednesday comes the owner is back but now they're waiting on something else. Ok I panic and start looking elsewhere. I'm approved at another dealership that the salesman confirmed they also use. I call shults back to see why they can't use them. They don't know
Thursday, Friday, that following week till that Friday I'm getting every excuse and then finally advised that if I go thru such and such I'll need additional 4,000 down (on top of 2,000) and the funding isn't finalized for my original approval. They then told me the dealership that I did get approved from is pulling my leg bc they don't see that anywhere on my report
Flash forward to today 5/10/17 - they weren't "pulling my leg" I now have a 2016 Jeep Patriot thru an actual bank, not a buy here pay here, and never heard from shults again.
I had heard horrible reviews of this place but decided to try my own. I understand if I'm not approved but why string me along and then tell me I'm lying when I'm approved elsewhere with the same banks.response / report this review -

Although we decided not to purchase the car we had been considering due to some minor issues we found with it that may or may not cause major issues in the future, I highly recommend Tyler, the young salesman I dealt with. He was honest and above board with what he could and could not do. That was appreciated and I'm sorry that we were unable to close a deal with him. I feel like this dealership is going in the right direction looking for repeat business and being transparent in their dealings.
