The most comfortable theater we've ever been to! Electric leather reclining seats, throughout! Nothing like we've ever seen. Plus a full bar just across from the main entrance.

My wife and I bought star wars tickets a month in advance. For a Friday showing opening weekend in the Royal suite. We got a sitter and we're very much looking forward to the evening. Then I got to have the entire movie commentated by an 8 year old. We got the royal suite tickets because we assumed there wouldn't be small children running around. Completely ruined the movie for everyone around them. Just FYI. We will no longer pay the premium price to see a movie. Very disappointed.

Went to see the new Star Wars. Loved the movie, service at all the counters was great, but this was the most uncomfortable movie I ever sat through. I felt like we were in a sauna. It was literally no less than 80° in the theater. I went with both my sons and one of his friends and we all 4 had to take some clothes off and fan ourselves the whole time. It wasn't just us either. When we left that's all everyone was talking about. One guys shirt was soaked through with sweat on his back. Not one usher came through all movie and I went down real quick to see if I could find someone to tell and it was like a ghost town in the hall. Love this theater and its perks but this time it sucked. Hoping for a more comfortable experience next movie.

Why a 1 star? This rating is really for the Royal suite movie part. I average three movies per month here. I like the fact one can pick their seat ahead of time. However over the last three years the food quality and service has gone down hill. Portion size and order correctness has dropped as well. With a remake of an order taking as long as 45 minutes. There have been times we have waited 30 minutes just for drinks. Now remember this is a full food service movie experience. No points knocked off for price just quality and service. I did go as far as to bring up these points to the manager to which I was told " no one else complained today". Well this was not a today only problem. I will still goto the Royal Suite every time I see a movie however from now on I will just grab a burger from Rallys at least there its a great fast food burger.

Best movie going experience I've ever had, and I see a LOT of movies in the theaters!!
I've never been to a full-service theater (the Royal Suite showings here). We tried it out while visiting Evansville, and we were blown away! For $2 more per ticket, you get a smaller theater that holds probably around 50 people. Each seat is a recliner and lot more comfy than a normal theater seat.
With the push of a button, you can have a server come into the theater to take your order. You can order food, soda, and alcohol! Once your order is ready, they will bring it to you!!!
Would highly recommend (and now we're looking for some full-service theaters near where we live)!response / report this review -

The royal suites were great. Good seats plus having a drink and snack during the movie made it even better. Great screens and surround sound. I'll be back here.

We were very pleased with our experience. The recliners were comfy and the food was wonderful! I was expecting stadium type food but was definitely a step up!!! I got the pizza and my husband got the chicken fingers. We LOVED our food and recommend it to anyone. Yes we had to wait a while for our food because all 3 theaters had a full house. The servers were very polite! We didn't mind though because we were in no hurry and enjoying the experience. Will definitely recommend the royal suites to everyone! Can't wait to go again. (We saw Wonderwoman-AWESOME)

This theater was neat and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would recommend purchasing ahead of time for Royal Suites, we purchased at the theater 1/2 an hour prior to the showing and seating was limited.

The only complaint that I have, would be the snack prices. Other then that, the new theaters are excellent and comfortable!!!! Always a good time.

A nice place for a movie. Clean, but not perfectly.
I habitually have popcorn at the cinema. The quality of the popcorn has not been consistent.

Royal Suite: Food was better than expected, didn't get everything I ordered.I ordered cheese planks with burger, I Was told planks were coming after waiting an hour for burger, she came out about 45 minutes later, said she forgot to put order in for planks, 5$ for glass of coke, not sure if there is refills. Recliners weren't bad, but kick out is uncomfortable on back of legs. I work in a recliner factory, I think they could be more comfortable in that area, my opinion. We did enjoy our movie, and thought the 12$ was reasonable. On ordering food, order as soon as you can because ordering during movie takes away from movie and miss scenes. I would go back for sure.

Had a really good experience @ the royal suite (first time for royal suite)have been going to this location for years and years and yearslike a lot of people who grew up in and around Evansville. My wife and I saw "patriots day" (it was awesome)the reclining leather seats 💺the sound qualityit really was the full movie theater experience. The wait staff was very courteous and attentive (even though there was a total of 4 people in the entire theater on a Monday afternoon) it really was an enjoyable experience all around.

Clean and comfortable but I wish they did not mandate assigned seats. I have yet to see a time that the show be full. If they upgrade seating they should consider reclining and non cloth seats as that is my one complaint. We saw Resident Evil today. They have beer available but you have to buy it at the other location so my other suggestion is that they have it available in the concession stands.
