Absolutely the worst experience I have ever encountered. We were waiting forever before I even saw one person in the hospital. When we finally got a room my father was in extreme pain and I hit the panick button because he needed help immediately. No one came to help even after this and I had to go find someone to help my dad. I told the closest nurse to come help and to hurry and help him and I was yelled at. I was escorted out by a police officer because I went a found someone to help my father. Keep in mind I was not elevating my voice I was just concerned and that Is why I took him to to the EMERGENCY room. Very extremely rude to me and not helpful one bit. DO NOT GO HERE!!! The worst customer service. When I take someone to the emergency room I expect that every patient should be first priority. They treated us like trash. Absolutely ridiculous.

The nurses were very rude and acted like they didn't want to be treating my mother. If you have Medicaid I wouldn't recommend going here. They act like they are better than that.

Very nice place. They need a better situation to hold people that use PD dialysis! They have very nice rooms. I did disliked some of the attitudes of the nurses. They need a better understanding of how patients really feel while they are in a hospital. Most of the nurses as well as techs were excellent though.

They killed my dad. He went to ER with extreme stomach pain a week ago. He was diagnosed with an ileus that Dr. Lackey failed to aggressively treat, he ended up in hospice and died. Don't go here if your goal is to live.

Both good and bad. In the ER it becomes troublesome when you are misunderstood or misheard.
(upon admission) It is uncomfortable that they way they want to do a cavity search "to check for bed soars" they also want your consent to go through your purse and empty it out and if you choose to deny them the ok to search - they get upset. Even if you give them, your "personal belongings" to lock up in the closet - the staff gets pissed.
On the bright side - Dr. Obeius and Nurse Olivia were both awesome in the ER 5/30/17 and very understanding.

Was very scared to go in being the last time they treated me I had a distonic reaction to the medication they gave me and ended up taking an ambulance with lock jaw and siezures back to a differant hospital, but I Went in with severe pain, vomiting and fever do a failed ablation, the ER Dr didnt listen at all,I couldnt understand him because he was talking very fast and I couldnt get a word in at all, even when he asked why I was there! then he ran out of the door without even awnsering any questions he acted like a strung out meth addict! The discharge paper said they tested me for pregnancy in urineso he was very ignorant being I had a tubal ligation and an ablation! The discharge papers also said they catheterized me as well wich they didnt

I only went to the hospital for a simple blood work. After signing in and getting my data I was called in five minutes and the sample was taken. No problems, no wait and the setting was clean. The nurse was kind and the process to take the sample was painless.

I'm from Missouri where the health care sucks. The hospital here is amazing and did great with my 9 year old just now. Overall very excellent.
