We visitied Shorty Pants while we were at the Lake for the last warm September weekend. We moored our boat at the very large pier and walked up- very clean and nice. We were seated immediately, of course, because it was off season. Service was prompt and outstanding, thank you Dawn! The food was hot and fresh: Coconut shrimp was tasty & the Oyster Po-Boy was the best according to my brother, who has eaten here before. The Asian salad was loaded with ingredients and a slightly spicy (yum) dressing. We had a great lunch on the water- we'll be back!

Jessica did an outstanding job as our server. Food was excellent. Had an oyster Po Boy and a shrimp Po Boy with upgrade sides of Jambalaya. Definitely one of the better food stops on the lake.

Nice place to eat lunch or dinner on the water. Dogs allowed on patio which was a plus for us. Our food was tasty and our server was friendly and attentive. The only thing that could've been a little better was the original mojito we ordered.

Who puts orange juice in a Margarita? Shorty pants.weird. If you asked me about Shorty Pants last year I would have said great food, generous servings, good service and they always had a great bartenderthis year I'd say the only thing that's the same is the service. We won't be returning for a few years.

Entrees were way over priced for what you get. Atmosphere was nice and quiet during the off season. When we go back we'll have appetizers, drinks and skip the entrees. Staff is very friendly, food was good, outside fireplace was very nice.

Always excellent food, service and entertainment. The owners are hands on and make all their restaurants (lakefront or in town) top of the list of places to go in Osage Beach. I rate them a 5 star.

Tried this at the suggestion of others. We sat outside and the view was gear. Our waitress was awesome. Ordered queso, and it was good, but we only got half a plate of chips and had to ask for more. We had jambalaya and s pulled pork sandwich. The jambalaya was good, but the French bread it came with wasn't anything special, like you'd get at a grocery store. The pulled pork was bland, no smoke cleaver, but was tender. The final thing keeping this a 4 instead a 5 for me was the beer menu, it was weak, for a lounge, I expected more and better options.

A weekend at the lake without a stop a Shorty Pants would be incomplete. A stunningly large menu and exceptionally inexpensive delicious food makes this the place to beat. They have a great list of signature cocktails, and also are one of the few places that serve great frozen drinks. Service is excellent. Be prepared for it to be crowded. Parking may be a challenge.

Good food, reasonable prices, and a relaxing lake atmosphere. Food is obviously made from scratch and tasted fresh. A deliverance banjo dude played on the stage- a picking and a plucking.
