The girls woking behind the desk are very rude and disresectful. I had a Gift Certificate for a 30 min Full Body Massage, Eyebrow Wax, and a Paraffin Hand Treatment. The exp. date was the 14th, When i went to make the app. on the 15th the women told me "Sorry, There is nothing i can do your certificate has exp." I had NO idea that there are exp. dates on gift certficates that have already been paid for. The women was VERY rude and did not care one bit about my situation. I would never go back there agian or for that matter want to!!!!
