The food was fast food second rate and no where near worth the $13 a plate. I left there nausiated from what food i was able to eat.. or maybe it was from feeling like i just got screwed out of $30 that i could have taken elsewhere like Checkers and ate much better food.

SHONEYS ITSELF IS A GREAT RESTUARANT. IT'S LIKE EVERY OTHER RESTUARANT. ALL OF THEM HAVE THEIR ISSUES. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM , TALK TO THE MANAGER. I LOVE THE COUNTRY FRIED STEAK AND THE HALF O POUND DINNERS. AND I LOVE MY SERVER IVEY, SHE IS ENERGETIC, OUTGOING ,ALWAYS NICE. BUT DOES HER JOB EXTREMELY WELL.

Warning do not eat here food is nasty and steel the wait staff is trashy with black teeth with bleeding gums and filthy long fingernails. I went to bathroom on the way out and a man was in the stall toilet flushes he comes out and it was the cook he played with the trash bag and walked out with never washing his hands was Adderly disgusting and made me sick to my stomach I will never go to this place and I will never recommend it will be calling corporate tomorrow

It seemed a bit run down, especially on the back porch where we were seated. Our service was HORRIBLE, then when I was leaving, I overheard a couple employees complaining about how they were treated. The only good thing was the HOT FUDGE CAKE, so delicious as always.

Went for the breakfast buffet.. It was good. Waiter was nice and checked on us regularly.. Please put a bigger serving spoon in the eggs.. That was way to small to deal with

Very seldom will I go to a restaurant and then not eat but this one advertised a Senior Thursday but when we ordered it they stated that it began at 5:00..Generally I would have no problem with that but on the flip side of the sign it stated Steak night every Tuesday 5:00 -10:00 p.m. If they didn't start the senior meal until 5:00 you would think that the sign would say so wouldn't you? Service was fine for the glass of tea I had. The looks of the buffet made me cringegoing elsewhere for my meal.

This was my first time eating at a shoneys. I have only heard of this chain from tv shows and wanted to try it out. Needless to say the food was horrible, beyond horrible. I got the buffet, and why not, as the waitress said if was fish and steak night. The steak would barely pass as a meat product and the fish smelled, badly. The sides were not any better, the mac and cheese was made with nacho cheese and the gravy looked like some sort of discharge. I took a deep breath and decided to go healthy and have a salad but I was unable as there was no more lettuce (I guess other patrons had the same idea). I can't speak of the regular dishes they have at shoneys but if they are anything like the buffet I would stay away.

This place sucks!! I don't even want to leave 1 star. At 415pm they still had what looked like food from I am guessing noon or from a year ago. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! Maybe they can do breakfast good but anything else is crap.

Food was great and service went above the expected. Was out of fish,but they fried some up special for us and brought it to our table even though we had the buffet.
