Staff was great and the shop was clean. Went in for a piercing and left a unhappy. I explained what I was looking for and that I wanted a hoop that hugged the noseI left with a large hoop that stuck out 1.5 inches from the nose. Needless to say that the piercing was removed immediately. Now I have to wait 45 days before I can try at another shop for the desired piercing.
