Beautiful location 👌👌bathroom are very sanitary very comfortable chairs 👌but Custumer service it would be a 3
I don't like this theater. The seats are always uncomfortable. The head rest has you bend you head forward. The people at the countercare obnoxious. They sell assigned seats. I trued ti get handicapped seats because my wife and mother are disabled. They sold us two, so i could not dit next to them. Then they sokd two other handicapped seats to people after us who were not disabled. These people sat in the chairs we could have had, and my aged mother in law had to leave her wheel chair and climb stairs to have seat. Both she and my wife were miserable. We don't go there anymore.
I’ve noticed this time and in the past that Google maps doesn’t quite take me to the right place. But since I’m close, I know where it is anyway. I love Google maps!
Wondering if they ever removed or covered the stainless steel panel on the men's restroom wall that reflected as a mirror to the lobby. The last time I was there I told the manager that you can stand out in the lobby and see people at the urinals, but he wasn't too concerned that everyone including children could be exposed to male private parts and watch people using the restroom, due to the lack of privacy. If it were the female side, I bet it would be a different concern..LAW SUIT!!! Imagine how I felt in there and looked at the wall and saw people looking at me. Haven't gone back since.
Hitman's Bodyguard in theater 16 on 9 September @ 12:30. Probably my last visit. Three of us attended and all agreed. Volume after the already loud previews doubled. 3-6 db for the techies. Experienced ear pain/discomfort for hours after the movie.
The seats are great - no one kicking the back of your chair, and plenty of space to walk in between if need be. I have to sit more towards the back, otherwise my neck gets a kink, but that's just me. Plenty of people prefer the front of the theater! Reserved is awesome! The popcorn is fresh and the staff working the concessions have always been fast, efficient and friendly/professional. Sometimes though, the seats/trays in the theater can be so gross. If they're not terrible it doesn't bother me because I know it's gotta be harder to clean this kind of setup. That would also be avoided if people weren't slobs and cleaned up after themselves.🤷
All in all, I prefer this theater!
Staff doesn't really care that you're there. New seats are nice. Not cleaned we'll between showings. (had to clean trash from my reserved seat)
Really enjoy this theatre and enjoy the assigned seats. I was so tired of getting the back of my seat kicked, now it's so comfortable. I didn't give this 5 stars because of a ticket cashier's bad attitude. I don't get it, you get paid to sit and sell tickets. If you don't appreciate your job, quit!
Theater experience very poor, Me and my family went to go see the movie "It comes at night" at the end just before the credits ended one of the ushers started cleaning right next to me before i got all my belongings together. It was very rude and disrespectful what happened to customer service? The kid said his name was Bruce i said "aren't you supposed to wait til the customers left?" He then argued with me saying "that once the credits are over he can clean." Did someone train him wrong?
I went to speak to a manager and told him what happened and all he said was "Okay" and walked away. No apologies or anything

I Go Here Often And I Usually Buy My Tickets Online To Avoid The Long Lines And Also To Make Sure My Seat Is Reserved So I Can Arrive Late If I Want To And Make Sure I Still Get Great Seats But Every Time I've Arrived Early Or Late There Will Be Someone IN MY SEATS LIKE PEOPLE THERE ARE NUMERAL SEATS WITH LETTERS FOR A REASON, Sometimes I've Told The People That They Are My Seats And They 1. Move. 2 Ignore Me 3 Laugh it Off And Not Move Like I Literally Have To Get A Manager To Move Them.. Like See Who Has The Last Laugh, Anyways IF YOU WANT BETTER SEATS ARRIVE EARLY TO OBTAIN THEM OR BUY HOURS OR DAYS BEFORE TO GET GOOD SEATS Don't Expect To Get There Late And Take Someone Else's Or Worse Put Your Kids There So We Feel Guilty And We Just Refund Our Tickets Obviously Not The Staffs Fault But I Really Think They Should Get Atleasts To People WHo WOrk Here To Check Everyones TIckets To See if They Are Seated In The Right Place To Cause Less COnflict People These Days JUst DOn't Respect Anything or ANyone.
Renovation has removed 2/3 or more of seating in the theatres. Now just a few dozen giant chairs waste the space. This new cinema model is terrible, I'd rather have more seat options and quick box office than the luxury of laying down like a whale. Box office ticket system is snail slow. Concession is slow, very slow during weekends/holidays.
Unfortunately this management team doesn't seem interested in hiring people who care about customer service, screens and projecters that function properly or our overall experience. This is now the 3rd time that we've sat in the theater listening to the previews with no image in the screen. When we report this to the staff their response is typically something along the lines of "if you just wait it will come on eventually". We then wait for an additional period, usually 20mins or so until the movie begins. We then have to go back outside and inform them that it did not come on after all. This entire process inevitably adds 30mins or more to our movie "experience". Looks like we won't be coming back here.
I have been to the Cottonwood Mall theatre several times before, and this was the first time I ever went to see a movie that had required us to sit in assigned seats. As we got our tickets at the front entrance, Me and 2 others were given the option of having to choose from only 6 available seats in the theater. The only 3 together we're seated in the very back top of the theater, I assumed the theater was completely full, at a 1pm showing Monday. so we chose the seats and went into the movie. The theater was completely empty and only 4 people were sitting in seats, also at the top back of the theater. After waiting through the previews I decided nobody was sitting at the front and it made absolutely NO sense WHY we HAD to sit at the very back!! This is a movie theater not an airplane!! We paid for our entertainment they shouldn't have pointless assigned seats for people who ARENT EVEN OCCUPYING THE THEATER! After about 45 minutes into the film a group of 5 people came into the movie and said they were assigned seats IN THE FRONT WHERE WE WERE SITTING! So we gave up the seats we were in which WERE NEVER SHOWN AS AVAILABLE when we picked up our tickets! This was the stupidest most frustrating mistake that this theater has made, it is pointless and dumb to have assigned seating for a movie theater especially when there are numerous open seats that NOBODY is sitting in! I will never return to that movie theater again unless they fix this problem and make seats readily available LIKE THEY SHOULD BE! If I could rate a 0 start rating I would have, terrible experience.
The bathrooms were disgusting. I did notify the manager and he claimed they are hard to keep clean because outsiders come in and use them. Just an excuse for lazy employees, but when you have a manager who doesn't really care you can't expect much.
When I entered the movie theater number 6 , row 2 seats 8 & 9 (assigned seats) there was popcorn on the seats, floor and the "table" was sticky and dirty with a dirty napkin in the cup holder. I don't think it is asking much for a clean theater when we enter to watch a movie.
One star for dirty bathroom, dirty theater, lazy employees and a lazy manager that needs to learn to manage.
I will say the people working the concession stand were very friendly. Good popcorn too!
