Got a good pair of snow boots for a great price and they came with a 1 year warranty. Hard to find some items in size 12 men's, which isn't exactly a rare size I would think.

Consistent with the previous reviewer the customer service was horrible. I did't like the way they treat you if you wan to return the item.

Bought some $60 SC Streetcar shoes, after 2 months of normal use the soles both cracked in half. They wouldn't take them back because they "had been worn." Apparently a critical defect is not enough to warrant a return.
