I’ve always been an Apple guru. As a tech nerd, it seems the best to go with a company that keeps things simple for users of all ages. Recently, I had a bit of a scuffle with an app that was taking money from my bank account. Now I’m no Karen, but $30 is a lot of money taken out for one app. I filed a kind complaint to make Apple aware of the problem, and a few short days later, all of my money was refunded and the subscription was cancelled for me. Even though I had to go with Microsoft for my computer, I am an iPhone user for life. Thank you guys for all that you do. Users like me appreciate you!
An employee has tested positive for COVID-19 and everyone was told to stay quiet and resume business as usual. They are putting our entire community at risk.
i had a wonderful experience at this apple store, they were all kind, and so respectful. they helped me quickly, and when the first solution didn’t work, they were kind enough to try again. efficient, and sweet! loved my experience!
Fabulous, those fellows are great
I’m getting use to being ignored here, but today is ridiculous. It’s a quiet Tuesday (Jan 22 2019 at 2:50pm) and still I’ve been waiting for nearly 15 minutes while 2 separate groups of 3 employees stand there talking among themselves while I clearly wait
Excellent customer service!! Everyone is always cheerful and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied!!
Have had a dreadful experience recently at the Apple Store. My octogenarian mother had been there four times in two days trying to buy a new iPad as her old was was dying. We finally got great customer service from Isaiah, Elizabeth and one other woman. They did redeem themselves as it was difficult to get her up and running but it should NOT take a woman that age that many trips to get help. $6 Billion is lost by businesses every year because of poor customer service. Apple is lucky my mother is stubborn and did not want to learn how to operate a different tablet device. This would have been a one star review if not for Isaiah!
The Apple Store lost or stole my favorite CD, which was in my Mac when I turned it into them, and missing when I took the computer home. Trying to contact the store to inquire about it has been a nightmare. Apple is too big to be contacted on the local level. I paid them $360 to have my property lost or stolen! Very sad. :(
I came in with a defective product and was assigned to David: he was very polite, nice, helpful, and walked me through every step. Although the place was very crowded, he assisted me patiently while I was there. Overall, I am very happy with my experience here and would like to thank the staff.
Always know how to use a device before purchasing it! I have been using the touch button to get on my iPad. Well, my iPad died so I had to charge it. When it turned on it required me to put a password. I don't remember the password! I've been using the touch recognition! It tells me to connect to iTunes, but when I connect it to iTunes, iTunes says that it can't connect to the device! what the heck am I supposed to do!? I have important info on my iPad. I've been told that I have to reboot the iPad and it will delete all of my information! They should have a process where you can change the passcode if you have an AppleID with the iPad, and if you know the AppleID and password you can get into it with a different device! This is so dumb! I thought Apple was better then that!
Stopped by this store on our way from Toronto to Michigan City to get a gift for someone. Encountered a young man named Nathan who couldn't have been nicer, more efficient and helpful. We were in and out in no time with a phone in our hands and received awesome service with a smile. Thank you:)
I have visited this store 5 different times. I have been greeted and acknowledged once out of all those visits. Needless to say I have not purchased anything from this store. The bad talent here is a poor representation of this store and brand.
Expensive, but you get what you pay for. Have always had good luck here
Some sales friendly but the service so bad so slow long process. First time, happy to go to apple, now I never think about that. Every time I go there I be very mad and say this is last time.
Very friendly quick service I was in and out in less of a half hour would definitely go there again if I have trouble
Apple Store at University Park Mall.Racist? or Racial Profiling? What's the difference? If there is, You tell me.
My daughter is going to college and wanted an Apple computer so I went to the Apple Store in University Park Mall between 8 and 8:10 pm on Friday 7/8/2016. As I walked into the store no one of them greeted or acknowledge me. There were several employees who weren't working with anyone, to whom looked at me quickly from the corner of their eye, but never once approached me so when i realized this I sprawled myself across the counters of the computers to draw attention to myself and made gestures of sound to get their attention and not one even acknowledge.
As I walk to one of the computers to compare what they had 4 or 5 of the other employees lost their customers and did exactly the same as the previous, two of them actually came withing 6 feet of me and started stocking shelves, while other kept looking my way and I actually deliberately stood in the same place doing these things for 20 minutes and not one of the 7 or 8 ever acknowledge me. Funny thing is that I was sitting there with damn near $3,000 to blow on a good computer and because of their negligence and unprofessional-ism, and possible racist character, I'm making sure I report them to their hq and I'm taking my business to Best Buy where they don't discriminate.
