  I wish I could give 0 stars. This is by far the worst company in this line of work I’ve seen. The first person that came out to talk through our project was absolutely insane and then ended up quitting, so it got handed over to someone else. Another person came out, he went over everything and took measurements and we signed all the paperwork. He told us the date of service would be Nov.3, and we thought everything was good to go. Then we had a third person come out to take measurements and fill out paperwork again. Then we had a fourth person come out who said they didn’t even have the measurements and weren’t even sure who would have taken the measurements (keep in mind, this is the 4th person to take measurements). Then we found out a fifth person needed to come out because the paperwork had a date wrong on it, which they should have caught with the third person that came out, and they would need to have us resign paperwork. I also found out our job wasn’t even scheduled for Nov.3, which all along we thought it was and had 3 different people tell us it was. Our job wasn’t even scheduled at all. Then I asked to speak to the production manager assistant, who was more than happy to just be done with us as customers rather than trying to make this right. I’ve never had such a negative experience with a company like this. I would not recommend going through them.

  Bathtub replacement was so nice, good work, finished in a timely manner. Shower replacement was gorgeous and was even able to extend to make it bigger!

  When we spoke with the Sho-Pro salesperson, she assured us that the bathtub and shower inset that would be installed would not damage our walls and could easily be removed by a later homeowner. This was a key factor in our choice to go with Sho Pro.
  
  On the first day of our renovation, this proved not to be the case. As you can see in the photos, the renovator removed not only the window frame, but also a very large portion of our walls. Our home is now blanketed in dust, and our walls are irrevocably damaged.
  
  We have included photos to demonstrate the extent of the damage. Home owners, beware.
  
  UPDATE: I will give Sho-Pro credit in that when we spoke to them, they explained the renovation process and helped us understand that wall removal was always part of the process and that the salesperson had miscommunicated.
  
  Our renovation was completed in five days with minimal disruption. The contractor who did the work was polite and cleaned up after himself. We now have a functional bathroom that will look fantastic once we're finished with our portion of the renovations.

  I love bath planet the workers are very good and personable ,I like the fact that they do follow ups after the job is done to make sure your satisfied and all work is satisfactory .Steve did an inspection and he is very nice and through. I have no complaints with Bath planet good people good work very particular .
