Just purchased a house that these guys did a remodel on. I can tell you first hand, very poor craftsmanship. Who would put a wood floor on a concrete slab. In a bedroom? No ventilation. I just want to talk to these people and find out what exactly they did for sure. Until then, this is my report

I had Bobby come to my house for a remodeling project of my recently deceased aunt's house. He did an initial evaluation and requested prints from my designer. I emailed these to him and he scheduled a 2nd visit for 4:30 to laser measure the house. I left work early for the appointment and showed up 40 minutes late. After he finished measuring, he requested 2 weeks to submit a bid. After 2 weeks without any contact, I emailed Bobby for an update. After a couple more days without a response, I emailed again asking if his lack of correspondence meant he was removing Anderson and Anderson from the bid process. Another week has passed and I have still no response. Bobby wasted my time leaving work early and giving my time so he could measure a job in which he has shown no interest since the measuring.

I have been trying to get in touch with Anderson & Anderson for the last three weeks. I usually get an answering machine and they never return the call. When I did get someone to answer they told me to call them back in a couple of weeks just to DISCUSS them coming out for an estimate. They wouldn't even schedule an estimate, let alone talk about what the job was, whether they could do it and costs etc. Imagine having to wait two weeks just to be able to talk to them about getting an estimate. They must be very busy, but this kind of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I don't know how they get their jobs or their good reviews when they won't even talk to potential customers. Poor, poor service!!!!!
