Well I ordered this: Item :SUG-LDD-S-R/WT Door Damper - Self-Closing - Surface Mount - THE PHOTO IS A LEFT MODEL. Hopefully this helps someone. I had a bit of confusion & had difficulty trying to get an answer to my question of which (right or left) would fit the door. Eventually Tony got back and now my tenants can be happy.Hooray!!!

Hinge Outlet has been amazing! Not only are their prices very fair, the customer service is some of the best that I've dealt with. A recent order got messed up(my fault) and they answered my emails and helped me correct the issue right away! I will only be getting hinges from them from now on! A++++ COMPANY. TOP NOTCH!!

Hinge Outlet.
Had a very old hinge that none of the big box stores carried, let along matched the old screw pattern required. Contacted Hinge Outlet, sent an outline of the old hinge with dimensions and screw pattern required. They responded and made a suggested. I purchased the suggested hinge in the new oiled bronze color to match our new decor in our home. The hinge worked perfected and the screw pattern aligned just as needed. Great company would give it 5 stars.

I ordered some ball bearing hinges from Hinge Outlet. The Hinge Outlet sales team guided me through the whole process and educated me about the benefits of ball bearing hinges. Prior to speaking to them, I didn't even know what ball bearing hinges were. We have had them installed now for about 1 month and love them. We went with the Oil Rubbed Bronze finish and they have added a lot of character to our home. The hinges are smooth and we don't have to worry about the dust build up anymore. You can feel the quality of these hinges once you hold them. The great thing about them is we only spent $8.95 per pair of hinges which was much less then anywhere else we could find for the quality. I appreciate the time that Hinge Outlet spent with me and highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their hinges.
