"Words can not express what Attorney, Kyle Nutt means to our family. Even though, our family is an average working class family, he showed us dignity and respect for the entire time of my mom's case. He was honest and upfront from the beginning about the pros and cons of her case. He took her case because he cared about her as an individual human being who had been severely mistreated by a nursing home. He purposefully pursued justice for her being grossly neglected and hurt by their care. The entire journey of her case Kyle included our family every step of the way. He never talked over our heads with legal terms we didn't understand. He made sure we were informed of what was happening, and what our options were. He included us in every decision that was made on her behalf. Kyle Nutt is an absolutely wonderful lawyer. During all the depositions and court meetings, his professionalism yet persistent manner to fight for my mom's justice was as if he was fighting for his own mother. He honored her life with making sure she got justice for what happen to her that cause her death. I know his extraordinary work can not be possible with out the help of his paralegal, Barbara Hamme. She not only handled all the paperwork, scheduling, etc. but she was there to listen to our concerns, and our broken hearts when we lost our mother. I would recommend to anyone this law firm for any legal needs, but especially for a loved one who has been hurt by a nursing home.

I would highly recommend this top notch firm to anyone that wants caring compassionate good listening professionals to help you smoothe the waters when you feel youre in dire straits. This firm cares alot and that is so hard to find just cannot say enough.

From the moment you walk in the doors of Shipman & Wright you are greeted with caring people. My attorney, Kyle Nutt, has been so supportive, and is a brilliant and honest attorney. He treats me with such respect and great care. Brandy Lea, is an amazing and brilliant paralegal! I know I am always cared for at Shipman & Wright. Everyone there is wonderful and I always recommend Shipman & Wright to my friends when they are in need of legal advice.
