  Aside from the astronomical increases in registrations over the last 8 years, the service at “my tag office” is unmatched. If we put whatever they are drinking in the city water supply, we would have the friendliest and most helpful population in the world.

  This is what happens when idiots are in charge of administering Draconian laws that require expensive paperwork no one needs.
  
  I have NEVER finished a single transaction here in just one visit. This agency has cost me 14 hours of work so far because of their incompetence and inconvenient hours.
  
  Most recently I bought a mobile home from a man whose wife passed. 3 different idiots gave me 3 different instructions for signatures on the title. None of them would process the title transfer. Each time all I got was excuses and attitude.
  
  After the third visit I gave up and went to the High Springs Tag Agency. The wonderful lady there said none of the 3 prior instructions was correct, but she took care of business and handled the transfer anyway.
  
  I will NEVER go to another John Power office again. I will make the drive to High Springs. They are competent, friendly and open hours convenient for working people.

  Best DMV experience ever! Very quick and friendly, helpful staff. Susie was a breath of fresh air after a lifetime of horrible DMV experiences.
