The company was extremely professional. The workers were very nice and done an excellent job. I will be using this company for ALL my concrete needs! My driveway, wall, and my patio are perfectly done and their prices CANT be beaten!!

Had them install a new patio slab in backyard for me. Team was quick to respond, keep me filled in on situation and be flexible with the job. Installers we're quick, efficient, and very polite. Would definitely use for my next project.

We contracted with Shepherd Concrete to remove an old patio and pour a new one. The crew showed up first thing in the morning and had the job finished by early afternoon.
Unfortunately there was a problem with a small section of the patio where the concrete didn’t finish right. The texture didn’t match the rest of the patio. We contacted Shepherd and they not only came out to look at it, they tore an entire quarter section out of the patio and redid it!
They came out, fixed our issue at no cost, came back again to make sure it was 100% and to see that we were happy.
I’m sure that Shepherd must have lost money on this job but they seemed more interested in our satisfaction than their balance sheet.
In the near future we will be having a new drive way done and Shepherd will definitely be our contractor.
These people are true pros. I cannot recommend them highly enough.response / report this review
