  Great service and great communication! I was looking everywhere for a limo service for my sons 10th birthday for him and his friends and they had such a good time. Our driver Ricky was awesome and made it from point A to B all on perfect timing! Definitely would recommend. Thanks for a great time!

  Not worth 1 star. The trauma that I experienced on my wedding day was inexcusable and the way he handled it was even worse. Horrible company.
  
  UPDATE!!!!
  The so called refund we received was not even 10% of our total bill. Don’t waste your time with this company because they will leave you stranded in the highway for over an hour and a half then try to charge you for extra hours and the replacement vehicle due to their negligence. Even if you use a third party company you should take ownership and not pass responsibility to others. My contract was with you and I should not have to do your job and communicate with the third party. If you don’t have the customer services skills then you should leave the business to people who can.

  Most unreliable service I have ever experienced for a wedding. Tire explodes on the highway and the driver wouldn’t move to the shoulder as cars and trucks are dodging us going 90 mph as we are sitting ducks in the middle lane. We could’ve chalked that up to circumstances and things happen sometimes but we check the tires and they haven’t been serviced since 2007!!! Not only this but then they had the audacity to ask for more money because of the extra time caused by the the tire, in the most rude and ugly possible manner. Imagine the bride being brought to tears on the side of the highway on her special day waiting for an hour for a backup and being charged for it. This company is disrespectful, not safe and flat out rude. Avoid at all costs for the safety and peace of mind on your special day.
  
  Update!!! Now I’m being called cheap after we got a so called refund of a whooping $100 dollars! Looks like I can eat this week. We were charged more money just to continue our day. I hope this exchange shows the people the true colors of this company and the people who run it. Disgusting customer service, horrible way to talk to people, and no regard for rules and regulations.
