One of my clients hired this company to enclose a patio and put a small AC unit in the room. Our closing is being held up by this contractor due to the fact that they can't get the permit correct and keep messing up the paperwork with the city. I've never seen such incompetence. If you have all the time in the world to have a contract finish the job and close out a permit, then hire these people. Otherwise, be prepared for a long haul with them.
