The vet was kind and called us back late at night and walked us through how to stop bleeding. Next morning we took her in and they did surgery to repair her damaged ear. We didn't get one surgery consent form or estimate. We were told to pick her up later. We get there and $600 later and 8-10 stitches?! Ridiculous! No one is prepared to drop that kind of money without an estimate or warning. Very disappointed in that. Also the vet wouldn't even see us until after we paid. It was good work but very very disappointed in the price and no estimate given. I get it, vets are expensive. We should have been given an estimate. It wasn't an emergency and we could have shopped around for price.

Had an after hours emergency when my cat swallowed a sewing needlemet me at the office and was able to retrieve the needle. Have been taking my cats here for about 8yrs and have always received top notch care!

They cared more about animal by telling me about another clinic that would be better suited for my animal. This has earned my respect and I will now think of them first if my pets get injured or sick.
