We were thrilled with our experience at Shawnee Mission Ford. We were immediately greeted by Mr. Jim Beadle. He is a no pressure and professional sales gentleman who patiently answered all of my questions and assisted with us with all of our requests for test drives. He was able for work with us on our financial needs and find a car that was affordable for my budget and gorgeous. Ms. Julie Hathaway was personable and knowledgeable with all of our financial needs. She worked to make the paperwork easy and understandable. I love my new 2017 Ford Focus and I LOVE Shawnee Mission Ford!!! Highly recommend them for all of your reliable transportation needs.

Our salesperson, Jake Goodwin, worked with us for about a week to help us get within the price range we needed. Since we were out of town, he even made a personalized video of the car we were interested in so we could see what we were getting. He even arranged to have the car delivered to us 4 hours away because it was not available on the day we were in town. Great customer service experience. I'd highly recommend them.

I came in for an oil change and decided to walk the used lot to look for a work truck. Tim Ramsey walked up and we got to talking about a 2005 Dodge Ram he had on the lot. Took it for a test drive and the rest is history, walking out of the dealership 90 minutes later with a great work truck.

Tim is professional and honest, a departure from what I have typically experienced buying cars from dealers. I will recommend Tim in the future. to all my friends and family.

Very satisfied customer! The entire dealership went above and beyond to meet all of my requests, they made it so easy to get me the car I loved. My salesperson was Eric Law and he is definitely exactly what I want in a car salesperson. He greeted me with a smile, he was laid back, non-aggressive and accommodating. I have bought my last three vehicles from Shawnee Mission Ford. I am impressed with the knowledgeable, helpful and courteous sales staff of Shawnee Mission Ford. They walk you through every phase of purchasing an automobile including all applicable refunds from Ford Motor and secure the best financing that meets your individual needs. My salesman Jim Beadle had a background in the insurance field and gave me valuable help in securing my refunds from Ford Motor Company for extended warranties and gap insurance on a vehicle that I had totaled that was only ten months old. He did paperwork for me that I could not figure out and I am so grateful for that's the kind of unexpected service that was perform for me by my salesman. He saved me hours of paperwork that I probably could not have performed myself.
The service department is punctual courteous and always on time and takes the time to explain to you what needs to be done on your automobile. This department is also top rate.

Fairly typical larger city dealership. Darrin was courteous and helpful throughout the transaction. The vehicle that we wanted to purchase was sold and Darrin took our information and called when a similar vehicle came into the dealership. We were able to negotiate a fair selling price and completed the transaction.

My boyfriend and I went there to begin our search of used Ford Explorers and we ended up buying one same day. We had a pretty good experience there, as Terry and Elias made sure we were satisfied with our purchase and the terms of our purchase. They gave us a fantastic trade in offer for my '05 Pontiac G6 and we purchased a '13 Ford Explorer. We were able to take the Explorer home for a few hours and really make sure we liked it and "crunch the numbers". There is not really any negative things I could say about the experience. Everyone there does work off of commission, unlike a few other dealers, and that much is obvious when talking with them. They made sure we left with a car one way or another. But, being that we had already talked numbers, away from the dealership in a comfortable setting, we knew what we needed in order to make it happen and it was not a big deal when they worked the deal. Definitely recommend shopping this dealership and purchasing the oil maintenance that they offer, it is a great deal! We have had the Explorer since 4/29/17 and LOVE it. Thank you so much!

Jarrod Robinson is Awesome!
We have been going round and round in regards to what truck to buy and it took about a week to get it done. We travelled to multiple dealerships and never got the same service as Jarrod has been able to provide. He was very much interested in knowing about us and our needs in finding the right vehicle.
