We needed to add air conditioning to our existing furnace, and our experience was outstanding from beginning to end. Tyler, the rep who gave me the estimate, was very thorough and patient. Their estimate came in less than a competitor's, even with a humidifier and service plan added. Financing was available.
The install was done by 2 techs, Tyler and Josh (a different Tyler), they were polite and did a good job. They hit a snag because of our old breaker box, but ran to a hardware store for a part and got it straightened out. (No extra charge). 
The A/C unit works great, quiet and we’re finally cool and comfortable.

Shawnee Heating & Air has been fantastic. I recently had them install a Mitsubishi Mini Split system. I received formal estimates from 4 companies and Shawnee was the most affordable (on an apples to apples comparison), easiest to deal with, and most helpful in answering my many questions. The installation personnel were professional and efficient. i will be looking to Shawnee for all of my HVAC needs. (BTW, One of the large multi-city companies - L*g*n Services was 31% more expensive and had a sales rep never returned my calls.)

Shawnee Heating and Air has been our go-to company for several years. Whether is it an urgent need to repair the furnace in the middle of winter or the installation of a new furnace/AC unit, the Shawnee team has always proven themselves with quality workmanship and honest communication.

Really great service, the scheduling person and the guy who came out to our house were friendly, professional and even though the guy was running a little late he called to let us know and he still took his time to do a thorough inspection of our system and answered all our questions. I would definitely use this company again.

We called them and they where very unprofessional and never came to make an estimate even tho we set up an appointment for it. When they did eventually come out however, they have a very pricey estimate. - just kidding, they never came out even the we called. And it sounded like there where children in the background and also I think it was in a house. So unprofessional. Don't do business with them. You won't be able to

We've had Shawnee Heating & Air come out to our house on two separate occasions to work on our furnace. Once on a weekend and the other on a weekday. Of course both times, it was during the cold months of winter and they were flexible enough to come same day.
The same technician, Dale, did both repairs. On top of fixing both issues, he also showed me how to do minor upkeep on my furnace for normal maintenance to help save a some money before having to call for their services.
As a homeowner, I appreciate the tips as well as him being polite enough to give me some advice on other issues related to HVAC.response / report this review
