Disappointed and would not recommend. Purchased an expensive item, paid for a specific delivery period, and they failed to deliver. I took off work and waited over an hour past the delivery. When I called, I was told it was their mistake but unfortunately nothing could be done other than to get my item to me. After ruining my evening, I should not have to listen to "well, I'm upset with my staff" or "I'm sure you didn't just sit around after taking off work" - actually, yes I did sit around. I shouldn't have had to pay the delivery fee after their mistake. I would never recommend this group that doesn't care about the customer. They made the sell but sure didn't care about me when they made a mistake and dropped the ball and didn't offer anything to make it right.. George - my time was worth more than the discounted delivery. Hopefully others can learn from my mistake. You can make all the promises in the world during the sell, but once you had my money, I sure got a different outcome.

Always greeted with a friendly customer service. Purchased a house plant there and brought it home. 2 weeks later it was not looking so good…Maybe it was my fault, I don't know. But took it back and they exchanged it for another one with no problem. They have great quality shrubs and trees to choose from too.
