I dread making a payment for my loan because EVERY SINGLE TIME I am on hold for 5 minutes or more. Then I am lucky if they don't disconnect once they do finally answer, starting the waiting game all over again. They need more people that just answer phones. Once the call is finally answered, the process to get the loan paid takes another 5 minutes or more. Never mind the time that the girl I spoke with emailed my account information, including my credit card number & ID number to someone with my last name that I do not know. The only redeeming factor is that at least the people are nice, slow, but nice.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Between never getting someone on the phone to them switching over to a new website where I can never login into my account. When I can get someone on the phone they are just nasty and very rude. Also my card wears out after a month or two then when I order a new one they never make it to my address.

Looking for a new bank currently. I rarely overdraw my account. I have twice now in the past 2 years with this bank because of how they so conveniently pay things in certain order to get the maximum amount of overdraft fees they can from you, even if that morning one of those items had cleared previously and you still had over $50 in your account. I had something that auto deducts every 6 months and totally spaced it, then suddenly that item that cleared that morning, was "never cleared" and I got two OD fees. And they then immediately take the OD fee removing from your balance making other things overdraft. You dont even get the chance to get to the bank to pay it with the cash you have in your pocket, because its put on immediatly. As well as they close at 5:30 PM most days and they do not have an ATM Deposit. You call and try to ask how something cleared that morning and was fine, and then suddenly wasnt and they try to explain how their new system works still not explaining how they could say something was paid that morning and you still got an overdraft fee on it. Done. DO NOT BANK HERE.

This bank is the worse bank I ever ever had to deal with no one will answer the phone and when they do you got to go through 5 people and then they disconnect you and it takes another 2hrs this is so much bs. Who ever is running this bank needs to learn how to manage it and get a program better for your customers.

You cannot talk to anyone, will be put on hold, thanked, listen to some advertisement, then disconnected. I have tried for days..I guess will have to drive 50 miles to see them in person, and call the BBB. Will take my money but not my questions. Not good business practices

We have been banking with Sharefax for almost 10 years and we have never been disappointed, until now!!!! Their all new online banking a Mobil platforms is junk!! Complete waste of money! The set up and designs for both lack simple navigation and is now more difficult to navigate through then previously!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!!

I like the bank but my fiancée works out of town and whenever I put anything in the account with his name on it they flip out and accuse me of forging his name!! I don't lie cheat or steal!
