  Today I've had the worst experience at this location meaning there were other ones, but today was the last dropbriefly: order placed online to pick up 2 sandwiches to pick up at 2:15pm, when I showed up at the store - she just started to make them. Guess what? It took her 25 minutes to make them in front of me. No apologies, nothing said. I wish my order was prepared by another woman who is actually great at this deli department. Finally, I wanted to get a noodle soup - the tank was empty. This location used to be much better.

  Staff always helpful, but don't know what happened to old personnel! Don't like fact that Publix WILL NOT add $.01 to box of tomatoes to increase pay for migrant workers!!!

  Waited over 15 minutes at the customer service desk to be rung up, all while 2 managers stood around. Not until I placed my items on the counter and started to walk out did they even care. I shop here almost every day but no longer. Worst management very lazy ringing someone up must be beneath them.

  Excellent service. Pleasant and courteous staff. Fairly good prices. Vendors or warehouse supply chain is often slow replenishing depleted stock items.

  Good variety of food products, but certain items are only price competitive when they are (regularly) offered as a BuyOneGetOneFree - such as Thomas' English Muffins.

  Was not happy today I ordered a sub at the delivery and there was 2 customers behind me a lady walked up and asked if they where ready they said no and they lady said guess your not eating today and walked away omg strike 1 I go to the check out 10 items or less the lady checking me out was a little disabled and spilt my drink no big deal she turned her light off to clean the mess up instead of making other ppl wait the front end guy on duty walked over while I was checking other and goes what's wrong leaving again. And she explained she spilt a drink a day cleaning it up and he said no excuse call someone I just could not believe how the customer service was one towards the customers then the next towards the own staff I just can't believe this
