I never got the woman’s name that helped me however if someone does check these I would love for you to give kudos to the lady that answered for the customer service today at 11:45 AM and brought a bag of ice out to me. I was driving a boat through your parking lot and could not figure out where to park and called. the lady was so sweet and offered to bring the ice out to me that I needed. I’ve always found that Publix goes the extra mile and it truly is where shopping is a pleasure. Thank you.

Excellent place, clean, a lot off products, fresh fruits, vegetables, sandwiches etc.etc. I like it, friendly people. Parking available, valet parking.

Only publix i could find bread and water at when getting ready for hurricane irma. Management and staff is always a huge help and also very willing to help compared to other locations ive shopped at. Thank you all!! Best publix by far!!

Parking lot sometimes is packed, and when yo get inside the store is empty, this issues has to be fixed, people park there and go to the wedding party at the Addison place, is totally wrong.

what a shock. I thought a hurricane was coming. The shelves were empty- the produce depleted but there were no lines at checkout. Why aren't there more employees keeping the shelves stocked? It was very disappointing to come out with only a few items when I intended to do grocery shopping

Thus Publix has the worst customer service when it comes to the deli/hot food area. I work close so unfortunately it's the most convenient to go to. But I have yet to go for hot food without having a frustrating experience. There is no organization between the deli/hot food lines. The employees have no sense of urgency and I've been skipped over more than once. Today was told 3 times to keep going to different parts of the counter for help..then they helped 2 people who were there before me. Not to mention parking here is a nightmare. My boyfriend is a Publix store manager and I know the standards are set higher than anything I've seen here. Get it together please
