When you think of a body shop you usually wouldn't associate hospitality. Even though it took a little longer then expected to do the work on my vehicle the hospitality and work done is a strong 10 every step of the way. Very pleased and would recommend any day of the week.

I just got my wife's 2013 GMC Terrain back for some warranty part work. I have to say I am very impressed with the work that was performed on her vehicle. From the start it was a great experience. From Tom who greeted me first, to Will who keep us updated on the progress of the repair. To the young lady who answered the phone and my questions.

They hired this new parts director, God bless Mr Shaheen, Shaheen Chevrolet Employees and Shaheen Chevrolet. Hope he don't destroy the relationships between Shaheen, Employees and customers.

Seriously disappointing. We were in a hit and run 2 months ago and are still dealing with repairs. Initially they said two weeks, then had my husbands truck for over a month. They told us 5 different times that it would be 'finished tomorrow', only to call them at 4:45 the next day (because they never contact us) to find out it wasn't finished. We've been back three times since then to continue fixing the same problem (simple right tail light, quarter panel replacement). The problems never end here, the bills keep coming and they take forever. A two star review is probably generous.

I am rating this dealership a 1 star because it does not give me the chance to rate it 0 stars or LOWER. I located a used car I wanted online, called and verified it was on site and drove 2 hours to test drive and buy it. The car vibrated so bad it wouldn't go over 45 mph. Fair warning, they do not appear to do a proper safety check on used cars or they have no idea what condition their cars are really in.

My name is Jan and I recently purchased a 2012 Impala from Shaheen. I worked with Zach Brendahl and Curtis Wicksall. They were outstanding. Curtis worked with me before I even came in. He took the time to really figure out what I needed and wanted out of my next vehicle. When I came in to work with Zach, he had the perfect car waiting for me to test drive.
