Even though it was really busy, everyone was really friendly and I was out in 40-50 minutes. Plus after the alignment they did, car drives much better! ☺

They'll change ANY size tire except bicycle tires also do oil changes and minor auto repair. If you're not from the area it's a little hidden but it's not that hard to find just stop and ask someone! You won't be disappointed at all!

Went in with a tire leaking air. Told them I wasn't sure if there was a hole somewhere, or if the bead needed fixing. Well, they took the latter as a statement of what the problem was instead of a suggestion. Was there maybe 10 minutes, and was promised it wasn't going to go flat anymore.
5 minutes after pulling out of their parking lot and my tire pressure sensor was glowing. I thought maybe it wasn't aired up, they were busy, okay whatever. Stopped at the gas station and took care of it.
Several hours later, it had lost 10 pounds of air.
Problem wasn't fixed, and I feel like they were more concerned with getting people in and out as quickly as possible instead of properly diagnosing the issue. Sure, they said they grinded? The bead, and that that had indeed been the issue.
It wasn't. Took it to Stan's the next morning, a Sunday, and mechanic looked it and found a huge metal piece had been lodged in my tire. I doubt I had gotten that after pulling out of their lot five minutes after I did. It had been in there deep, so I'm assuming, more than 12 hours.
Which tells me your mechanic did not do their job, and y'all just wanted to be out of there because it was a beautiful Saturday, and you close at 12.
And I had called and left a message stating all of this right before going to Stan's, and it's Thursday now and haven't heard anything.
Your customer service is terrible, they way everything felt rushed is incredibly unprofessional, as well as not dealing with a complaint straight away. I was giving you the benefit of a doubt because I understand how busy a shop can be. But this was just mishandled from the get go, and no, I am not happy I wasted my time and money.response / report this review -

Came in with Semi truck for tire repair, got out walked back to them and spoke, "hey how are you guys doing", all 3 ignored me and continued looking at my tire. I went back to the truck and sat down. After 30 mins or so without any work being done a woman from the office ask me did they tell you that you were done, I said no, no one has said a word. She well you are done. Now im reading a lot of positive reviews but I am an African American trucker, not sure if they played a role but I did see they were conversing with other customers. I'm just sharing my experience. The staff at Shaffner Tire serviced our two trucks and trailers quickly and at a fair price. A little tricky to get our 52 foot trailer into their lot, but once we were in the service was great! We are repeat customers.

Customer service here is non existent by the management. Went in to get an alignment and I thought those came standard with greasing my baby joints. Ball joints are dry. Also, I watched the technician pull my vehicle out of the bay without test driving to ensure the alignment was done correctly. Let's just say I won't be using this service ever again.

Best experience ever!!! My rear brakes went out and I had to wait for a towthey were able to fix my brakes and they stayed an hour past closing to make sure I had my car for work the next daythank you to Travis, his father and to the mechanic that stayed to ensure I had my truck!! I will recommend this shop to anyone whose looking for great customer service and a fair price!!! My husband and I couldn't be happier!!!

Luke at Shaffner tire is great. My wife had a blow out due to a pot hole late one afternoon, I called him maybe 5-10 minutes before they closed and he still took the time to look up the tire I wanted and gave me a good honest price for it. He had the tire by the next morning and had my tire mounted in quick order. Would take my business there again.
