very poor service, they tried to say my alternator and compressor were why I was losing power. went to sauers and it was simply the tensioner for the belt. saved hundreds!

I have a $45,000 gt premium that I had a factory warranty service done. It's a weekend only car so very low miles flawless condition. When I picked my car up from pine the driver my side door (and only the driverside door) leaks air to where it whistles. Tim said it did not whistle so I drive it and took a video that clearly and loudly showed a loud whistle. They denied they did it and I was told that all GT leak air when you drive it. So my car never leaked air or whistled until they worked on it but I'm being told it has done it since day 1 and they all do it. I contacted many other dealers and they thought it was the most ridiculous thing they've ever heard! If you habe a nice car just avoid service thete. The body shop is amazing though. I am currently working on reporting them because I'm with a brand new mustsng that I cannot drive and the other dealers don't want to touch it because they need to fix it!

Poor service, returned my vehicle 5 times for a leak on repair ! I had taken pictures of the large leak spots from my driveway! My time and persistence finally got the leak fixed!

Very good service. Job done in the time quoted, at the price quoted. Have been told by staff when better to do work elsewhere. Great people! Never been asked to look at New cars, when getting work done. Have bought cars here in the past.

I regret buying my 2016 Ford fusion from this dealership. I thought I was getting a great deal and turns out I wasn't so happy in the end. I was told I would have free car washes after services and had a free oil change from Ford and they still charged me for it. And car washes are apparently an extra 10 dollars or so which is ridiculous. I brought my car in 4 or 5 times to get the sync for my radio repaired as it wasn't working and they half assed the job every time. Instead of replacing the part, they simply reset it and it would work for a couple days and quit again. Went to sauers ford lincoln in michigan city and had much more excellent service and problem was repaired the first time! Oh and free car washes if anybody else likes a bonus! Pine ford Lincoln of laporte is a joke with employees that don't give a crap after the car is sold to you. Someone else should have gotten my money.

My car was brought in there with 4500 miles on it 2016 Ford Explorer the car died as we were driving on the intestate! We live 4 hours away from that dealership they couldn't even send a courtesy car for us they made us take a TAXI to there dealership! They never called us to tell us what was wrong with the car we had to call them they played it off like everything was fine! Needless to say we picked it up some kid met us in the parking lot near the service dept and said the car is fine there is nothing wrong with it! We asked to speak to service manager he had nothing to say! I called ford Corp to report them and they told me that we needed to get the car to a dealership as soon a s possible he throttle body was no good and needed to be replaced! They let me take this car off there lot with 5 kids in it and this is no joking matter! They suck and hey all should be ashamed of themselves! I will be contacting an ATTORNEY!!!

I LOVE my Ford Explorer! I got a fair price and received exceptional service! It took me months to decide on the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase. However, with the patience & knowledge of my sales rep (GM too) I was able to get exactly what I wanted. VERY SATISFIED and would definitely purchase a vehicle from Pine Ford Lincoln again!
