  I hired McNair & Sons to gut a house that I was renovating. I was referred to his company by other Real Estate Investors, so I decided to use their services.
  After we conversed and I detailed the work that was required at the property, Mr McNair came to assess the property;
  he presented me proper certifications and licenses, and insurance before proceeding to evaluate the site, and told me the total charge, he also gave me a time period in which the project would be complete.
  
  I found this company to be efficient. The laborers were punctual, arrived thirty minutes before schedule. The work was accurate with no incidents. Mr McNair, himself, showed up to the premises and supervised daily. After stripping the interior of the property and unwanted debris, the waste was removed and Mr McNair and I reevaluated the property.
  Actually, the project was complete two days before scheduled time.
  
  I would recommend this company to anyone who is seeking to rehab or renovate a property.

  Earl has been a client of ours for several years. Our team handles his demolition permits and Earl has always been consistent in quickly gathering the information we need to provide the city, despite more and more regulatory paperwork at the turn of each new year. Earl is responsive, communicative and always does what he says.

  McNair and Sons provided demolition services for me at my home. They were professional, courteous, and cleaned the entire work area when they were done. They were so accommodating they did the job on a Sunday so that the installation of siding could be done on time Monday morning. I highly recommend Mcnair and Sons. The price and service was great. They are certainly 5 stars.

  We hired McNair and sons for demolition of a roof structure and selective demolition of concrete block walls as a subcontractor for a project in central NJ.
  The entire experience from start to finish was excellent starting with the initial walk through. Earl the owner was on time for the scheduled appointment was knowledgeable of the details of the scope of work and best practices to complete the tasks. With in a couple days Earl supplied us with a estimate for the work to be done as well as all needed documents and insurance certifications as required. We set a start and finish date and work was actually completed 3 days earlier than scheduled even with a change to the initial scope of work which added more labor to the demolition. We couldn’t be happier with this company and looking forward to working with them again in the future.
