I brought my pup in to Urgent Care and was very happy with how he and I were treated. They were upfront about the wait time, very informative throughout the process, communicated very well and took very good care of my pup. Would highly recommend and will be back.
Every time I've had to bring my corgi puppy to Seven Hills they have been extremely professional and extremely effective in his treatment. I couldn't possibly recommend them enough. 5 stars for sure.
I love this place. I don’t just highly recommend it, these people are the actual best. They’re amazing for my dog, amazing to me and always make sure I am comfortable and as taken care of as possible. I am forever grateful at how well I’m treated here. Thank you, guys.
I would highly recommend 7 Hills vet. I usually see Dr. Francis and she’s always so helpful and responds quickly if I leave her messages regarding my dogs. I recently lost my cat. She was 18 and her body just started to quit on her, and I had to put her to sleep. The staff and the vet I saw were so courteous and sensitive about the ordeal and emotional upset that I was going through. Another really great thing about this clinic is that they don’t try to sell you on a bunch of tests that you don’t need, unlike other vets I’ve seen. They are very methodical and present you with options, rather than just doing a bunch of tests all at once. 7 Hills vet is great, and I’d highly recommend it!
Brought in my 11 year old fur baby because wasn’t eating for 2 days and she was coughing up blood. Dr. Francis examined her right away and we determined she wasn’t stable and was already in a lot of distress. I made the very tough decision of euthanasia and she made us very comfortable during the process and let us spend our baby’s final moments with her. Very caring hospital, doctors and staff.
On Saturday evening around 11 pm my older dog Zoe that I have loved and cared for for 15 years passed away in my arms After starting to cry myself to sleep .. At around 3 am .. I hear my other dog Zac who is about 9 years old crying in the living room I went out to check and he was having a seizure !!
I held and talked and massaged him for 2 hours.. It was a Sunday morning @ around 7 am I didn't even know where to take him!! I got a hold of my son who came rushing over and we took him to Seven Hills which was only about a mile away.. I called a head of time .. When we got there the receptionist took Zac immediately to the back where I could hear him having another seizure!
We we instructed into a room and a lady came in with a clip board and said they couldn't proceed to help my dog unless I gave them. $750 deposit.. I told them I only had $147.00 cash to my name.. She left and then another Dr came in.. I don't know who these people where because no one introduced them selves to us and know asked our names.. anyway, he told me we needed to euthanize "her" asap because she was suffering" that they gave her a Valium to stop the seizures but only temporary After correcting him that Zac was A "HE" I pleaded with him to take my $147 and put my dog out of his misery!!
Again they left us far about 30 minutes this time. Came out again and said we have to have at least this amount to proceed.. Which was $210 I told him again I only have $147 !! My vet was going to do it for $150 but they are closed on Sunday!! He then he said "MAM" its cruel to take your dog "she is in agony and suffering".
I started sobbing and again saying He's a Boy!! And his name is Zac!! Please help me !!! He walked away again Keeping us waiting another 20 minutes before I got up and said how much was the office visit and the Valium? And give me my dog!!!!!
I was only calm and patient because I THOUGHT they were going to help me. Instead they brought my Zac out and handed him to me and presented me with a bill of guess how much????? $147.80
I had glanced at the bill earlier and they doubled the price of the Valium I said why did this go up!?!?!
She said. " oh they had to give him another dose".
I have never in my life written a review before.. And if I ever did it would always be a positive one
I was HORRIFIED of the way I was treated!!!! They were cold and heartless!!! How can they say they love animals and turn away a suffering dog not to even show ANY compassion what so ever!!!!
I took Zac and his dead sisters body to the Denver Dumb Friends League where they worked with us and treated us and our animals with dignity
What a horrible sad, devastating day..ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
This place is the worst place I have EVER experienced!!!!
This business will try to overcharge you threatening the dog or cat will die unless they're several thousand dollar care package is accepted. I recently asked them to give my dog a $40 shot for his Addison's and only the $40 shot. They also tried to tell us he needed $2,500 in care or he will die so we rounded up the dog and were given $400 bill when we picked him up to take him to a different Clinic. The clinic in salida cost 500.00 for 3 days of intensive care, steroids, IVand a Year's supply of the medicine. To top it off because I did not buy they called Aurora Police and had Animal Control do a welfare check on month later
A review of a different kind - our dog escaped and some kind person took him to this vet. They read the chip and Barbara found our address and took the trouble to drive out to our house and Max was reunited with our family. Truly above and beyond, and we are so very grateful that there are people like the good samaritan that dropped Max here, and the employees like Barbara that kept him safe and got him home. God bless you all!
We had an elderly cat that was 13 years old and at the end of his life. Family members had told me that they thought it was time to put him to sleep. I had held off until the day came that we had to move. I knew he couldn't survive the move and we were moving into a place that would allow the cat but discouraged it. This made me take a hard look at our little elderly cat that had a heart murmur that was so severe that if he got excited he would start wheezing and lay down on the floor, severe arthritis in the back where if he jumped off of anything he'd start licking himself furiously, and the feline herpes virus. I contacted your vet clinic and was told by one of the ladies that was not the friendliest that it was unethical , that I wanted to put him down. She proceeded to tell me to contact rescues and foster care programs. I did, and they all said that he was at the end of his life and that it would probably be more humane to euthanize him. They also apologize for you telling me that . I went to another vet clinic that let me bring him in and they took one look at him and said that I was being humane by letting him go. He is now comforted and has crossed over the rainbow bridge. I will never refer anyone to you. A family member had decided to try you and had a bad experience so I am tearing up The $50 voucher you gave me. I will never refer anyone in after my family saw what I was put through they will not go to you or refer anyone to you
I would be 5 stars but every visit seems expensive even though they're comparable to previous vet fees/costs. Anyway, the front desk staff knows what's happening, the techs are knowledge and great with my dogs, and the doctors are patient and caring. We're glad we have a 24 hour vet we love so close!
Excellent vet. We have a new puppy and the docs took great care of her, were friendly and informative, and addressed all our concerns. They also provided evening appointments so we could take our puppy in after work. Examinations were thorough and keeping the puppy calm and happy was a priority. Support staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities were clean and professional. I would recommend Seven Hills to anyone
We've taken all our many dogs here over many years and their doctors and services have always been outstanding, trustworthy and compassionate and delivered with professional and loving care. Our pets are family and deserve nothing short of the very best and they have always received the very best at 7 Hills to our total satisfaction. If you tried to create the ideal medical caregivers for your extended family members in your best of dreams, you could not improve on what is already available to you, and those you love, at 7 Hills.
Dr. Pierce goes above and beyond with the care of both Tucker and Booth! Thank you for all your help! Bulldogs will be Bulldogs so I am sure we will see you soon! Thank you again!
This is our new lifetime vet! Our 10 year old black lab got a tumor on his leg rather quickly. When i took him in, they were so attentive to his needs. We scheduled a surgery for a week later. Unfortunately he wasnt comfortable so i called and they got him in the next day. Dr. Ley was amazing! They didn't charge me a bunch of extra fees. They were upfront with all costs! And every time we go in for a bandage change, they know our pup by name when we walk in the door! Its great to see that there are honest vets out there that really care about the health of our furry family! Thank you seven hills clinic!
Dr. Francis and staff, Thank You so much for your compassion today when I had to make the decision I have dreaded for so long. I have never felt so comfortable with a vet until I spent time with Dr. Francis. We felt so comfortable and thankful for the time we were given to spend with our dog after we said goodbye. It's amazing seeing people having such a passion for being a vet and it showed today by Dr. Francis. I can't thank you enough. This has been a struggle today not having my buddy home with me but I know he is no longer in pain. Again, Thank You to you and your staff even to the receptionist for the compassion that I received.
I wish I could rate it 0 Stars because this place is absolutely terrible the employees are friendly but it seems like they have no idea what they're talking about and medication they gave my dog did not work at all. I went to Aurora Summer Valley Veterinarian Clinic
#D7, 16981 E Quincy Ave, Aurora, CO 80015
and they are fantastic I highly recommend going there for your pet's care!
They are rated 5 stars and have great reviews.
